  What a Difference Great Customer Service Makes! After a long day of driving and moving from one state to another, we arrived at Littlefield Inn & Suites completely exhausted. We were greeted by Amanda and Debra, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and had everything we needed. What made this experience even more special was that, after a horrible stay and extremely poor customer service in the past, I had vowed never to stay here again. I'm so glad we gave it another chance! I also want to recognize the wonderful lady who was taking care of breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but her kindness did not go unnoticed. My parents are elderly, and rather than letting them continually get up to get what they needed, she took it upon herself to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they wanted while we finished packing. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant more to us than she probably realizes. Amanda, Debra, and the sweet lady at breakfast completely changed my opinion of this hotel. It's amazing what genuine kindness, compassion, and excellent customer service can do. Thank you for turning what could have been just another overnight stop into such a positive experience. You truly made a difference for our family, and because of you, we would absolutely stay here again!

  We arrived as walk-ins around 2 a.m. on our way back from a road trip; we just wanted to sleep. The woman at the reception was nice, but I’m not sure if there was a system issue or if she simply didn't know how to use the system—she scanned my driver's license twenty times, and I had to provide my phone number over and over again. We just wanted to sleep so we could leave early in the morning, yet the check-in process took an hour to an hour and a half. The breakfast was quite good.

  I'm from the area and stayed here while home visiting. I love that it's right off the highway for easy on/off access. During our weekend stay we encountered 3 different desk clerks. All 3 were friendly, helpful and a great representation of your company. Checking in and out was easy. I'll stay here anytime I come home as long as availability permits!
