  My family and I stayed July 4th into Sunday July 5th. The rooms were super clean! On Sunday morning, Maria did a fantastic job keeping the breakfast bar up and running and everything hot and fresh. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

  I don’t write many reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. From the moment I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale – Tyler, I was treated like family. Every time I walked through the front doors, the front desk staff greeted me by name with a warm, “Good morning, Mr. Anderson.” That personal touch made me feel genuinely welcome and set the tone for my entire stay. I stayed for three nights. Since I didn’t need full housekeeping service each day, the staff happily brought me fresh towels every morning with a smile. Every interaction I had with the housekeeping team was friendly, professional, and thoughtful. The hotel itself is spotless. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool is the cleanest hotel pool I have ever seen. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property looking its best. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. It wasn’t just a typical continental breakfast—it felt more like a full buffet. There was a great variety of fresh, hot, and delicious food, and everything was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The breakfast area was inviting, and the staff did an outstanding job making sure guests had everything they needed. It was the perfect way to start each morning. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. During my stay, I lost the key fob to my car. I was stressed and worried, but the housekeeping staff went far beyond anything I could have expected. They searched my room with me, moved the sofa, pulled the bed away from the wall, and even lifted the mattresses in an effort to help me find my key. They treated my problem as if it were their own. That level of kindness, compassion, and dedication is something you simply don’t see very often anymore. I have stayed in hotels across the country, and I can honestly say I have never experienced better customer service than I received here. Every member of the staff made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you are traveling through East Texas or staying anywhere near Lindale or Tyler, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t regret it. To the entire team: thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and for going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. You have earned a customer for life.
