  Had a weekend stay recently, rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and very nice. Thank you to Mrs Cardenas and her crew for helping us out, the staff was very helpful and kind. I also liked being able to view the pond behind the hotel.

  So here are some quick points to help you decide if you want to stay here. 1. Is Melissa at entry counter to greet you? If not you are missing some of the great experience. She is truly a joy and pleasure. Being away from home for work it felt nice to have someone ask about you day as you "came home". 2. It is close to various restaurants walking distance. 3. If you want to fish a little bit, just walk down stairs to the rear of hotel. 4. Breakfast, you name it they have it. 5. Chilled infused water, always cold and always ready. 6. Did I mention being greeted by a warm and honest hello, how was your day? What time are the Spur playing, or what match are you watching today, who won? The rooms are rather large and spacious with extremely comfy pillows. This has been home away from home for the last 6 weeks Monday - Friday and was a business expense as it is also close to jobsite. However, i have booked my personal vacation spot to be here even though my vacation is in Irving, Grapevine and North Dallas. Worth the drive to Lewisville..... ABSOLUTELY. Thank you Melissa for your hospitality and friendly smile as you greeted me and my team members the same. We have nothing but great things to say about both Holiday Inn Lewisville and Melissa. You guys rock! Wish other businesses took a page from what it is to have and show a servants heart. So from the bottom of mine, Thank you

  The whole staff is great especially Melissa in reception. She is very caring and accommodating. The breakfast staff makes sure that the breakfast is stocked and the food is fresh and good. They are always maintaining the property and quick to respond to any need. The housekeeping staff does a great job. It is good to see the same faces when I return (which is fairly uncommon in the hospitality business). There are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I always stay at this location whenever I’m in the area.

  Rarely have I experienced it or, taken the time to write a review, but this time I must!! I've stayed in quite a few surrounding hotels this last year for my work and this was the first I've stayed at the Lewisville Holiday Inn Express & delighted I did! This has been the most pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing stay that I've had, and I highly recommend this hotel and rate it high above the neighboring hotels!! All of the staff was super nice and professional, morning breakfast always good & orderly, front desk pleasant and welcoming, rooms cleaned regularly w/o having to request them, quiet and respectful at night, exercise room is nice, etc. I'm appreciative and wanted to thank Debbie, Mgr., for being so nice. And, also, Melissa was so genuine & sweet at the front desk! I know now where I'll be staying upon my return!😊💕

  The one reason this location gets 5 stars across the board is because of Ms Melissa. She always goes above and beyond to take care of me. And always with a smile. It is also the reason I won't stay at any nearby hotels. The hospitality, like price, and quality spacious rooms makes this Holiday Inn Express a winner eberytime. Thanks Melissa, and keep up the great work.
