  Me and my daughter have stayed at the Best Western Plus Lewisville every year we visit Texas (the last 3 years) and once again, it has completely lived up to our expectations. In fact, I genuinely wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come back (we WILL be back very soon!) The staff are absolutely fantastic. Every single person we have encountered has been friendly, welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after, and it really does make such a difference to your stay. You never feel like just another guest. The rooms are exceptional value for money. They are spacious, comfortable and feel more like having your own little apartment than a typical hotel room — and for a fraction of what you would pay for anything comparable back home in London. It is honestly difficult to believe how much space and comfort you get for the price. The breakfast is another huge highlight and the perfect way to start the day. There is a great choice of food, everything is well presented, and once again the breakfast team are wonderful. They are so friendly and attentive and genuinely can’t do enough to help. You can tell that the staff really care about the guests. The Wi-Fi has been faultless, the air conditioning works brilliantly (which is particularly important in Texas!), and the pool area is lovely. My daughter and I used the pool twice during this trip and really enjoyed having somewhere to relax and cool off after busy days exploring. The location is also fantastic for us. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything we want to do — with easy access to Lewisville, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Dallas and the wider DFW area. It makes a great base for exploring without feeling like you are constantly travelling huge distances. Most importantly, though, it is the people who keep bringing us back. A hotel can have nice rooms and good facilities, but genuinely friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay special are what make somewhere feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for another fantastic stay. We are already looking forward to coming back to Texas and staying with you again next year! 🇺🇸❤️🤠 Five stars without hesitation.   This property implements the BEST in "Best Western Plus". Good parking facilities, spacious clean rooms, all parts of the hotel well maintained and with superb service. From the top to the bottom all employees (GM Chris, Carlos, Mendy, Cindy, Kayrn and other staff) demonstrate a real focus on treating every visitor to a great experience here. After a couple of days, they all feel like family (that is, the part of your family you like!) I have stayed in many BW+ hotels and I'm definitely coming back!

  The staff was awesome with adding a reservation to the one I booked online and the food was better than most other highly rated hotels I've been to. My room was very clean and organized with a comfortable bed and pillows. This place is located close to a bunch of different options for restaurants and easily accessible back to the highway but peaceful and quiet as well. I felt safe and also comfortable leaving my vehicle because it's in a nice clean area.
