  I had to make a last minute reservation. I cashed in my reward points to stay here and I want my points back! We were exhausted and had to stop but I had no idea it was going to be so bad. I am a disabled veteran and the night clerk was parked in the last handicap spot ( no placard visible). There weren’t any luggage carts available. The carpet had so much grit and dirt in it , we had to wipe our feet before getting in the bed. Every surface was dirty. The hotels nearby were full due to the college football game. Driving on was not an option, so we agreed to sleep and leave first thing in the morning. It took nearly 4 hours for the room to cool off. Upon inspection of the AC, it was full of dust and debris and in need of serious service. I did try to speak with the hotel manager in the morning but she avoided eye contact, put her head down, and walked away. I waited at the counter but she didn’t return. This was the worst stay we have ever experienced.

  I stayed here for work after driving about seven hours and arriving around 10:00–10:30 PM. The front desk attendant was attentive and helpful during check-in, and I have no complaints about the service I received from her. Unfortunately, once I got to the room, the experience went downhill. The first room was extremely dirty. There were stains throughout the room, including on the couch, bed, pillows, and comforter. Some of the stains on the bedding appeared to possibly be blood, and I also noticed what looked like insect droppings. The bed honestly looked as though the sheets may not have been changed. There was also what appeared to be old food or hopefully not vomit on the floor. Under the bed were bottle caps, nail clippings, dirt, and other debris, and it was obvious the room had not been properly vacuumed. The table had food particles and drink rings/stains, and the couch had several large, noticeable stains. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation showed the pictures . The attendant apologized and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, while the second room was slightly better, it still had cleanliness issues. At that point, I was exhausted and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping directly on the bedding, so I laid towels over the bed and essentially just tried to get some rest. I’ve worked in the hotel industry before, so I understand that housekeeping can be difficult and I try to be sympathetic toward hotel staff. The front desk employee was helpful, and I appreciate that she moved me to another room when I brought the issue to her attention. However, the overall cleanliness of both rooms was very disappointing, especially when it comes to something as important as clean bedding and basic sanitation. This was my first stay here, and unfortunately, it was a pretty terrible experience.

  This was our first time staying here. We found the rooms clean and the staff is great. We ended up extending our stay amd couldn't have asked for them to be more helpful. Don't hesitate in staying here.

  TERRIBLE! I am disappointed in my interactions with this hotel/motel. I had to wait forever to get basic services and when I made requests she said "give me one second". A lot of time later she barely gave me the information -- please do better for the next customer, I look forward to writing a COMPLAINT against this location. It was much worse than the New York and DC hotels I have stayed in and was reminiscent of a Third World country level motel I have traveled to.

  Came to visit family stayed the weekend here. The breakfast was great. Every staff member was extremely professional and attentive. The cleaning service was great checking in to see what me and my kids needed. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets. The assistant manager Elisha Lopez is amazing and very helpful.
