  Had a great stay. Nice quiet location and well appointed room that was clean for a very reasonable price. Nice that they didn't jack their prices up that weekend. We went to George Strait in Lubbock and many locations there raised their rates. Nice to park right at your rooms door too. Check-in was smooth by a friendly hostess, sorry I missed her name. Check-out was just as pleasant with Rosa. Thanks too Rosa for recommending the great donut shop just a short walk away. Will definitely stay again when in town.

  This is an old school hotel, very dated. Simi-remodled rooms, they removed the carpet for wood floors. It was about our only option for the George Strait concert. It will do just fine.

  The room's we're clean, comfortable. And well maintained, they just lacked a few things like an iron, a chair. For the desk.

  Our comforter had stains, there were dead roaches in the corners, the housemaids were smoking before entering the rooms causing them to stink. There were drunk guys outside staring at me as I was simply going to my car. The whole outside reeked of weed. The night guy did not help us at all. We will not be staying here ever again. The bathtub was clean but smelled like chemicals. The room smelled like old dirty feet and smoke. The housekeeper was rude and rolled her eyes because we asked for something while she was busy smoking that same housemaid drove by the hotel and tried to talk to us but she was so drunk that we could not understand her and she was in a tank top and what looked like her panties blowing weed smoke in our faces. For 80$ just go to one of the other big hotels.
