  Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kierra who helped me with my hotel bookings. What started as a booking mistake on our end quickly turned into what felt like the beginning of a complete nightmare. We were stressed, frustrated, and honestly didn’t know how we were going to get everything straightened out. Kierra completely changed the situation. She was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. She went above and beyond to fix the mistakes, worked through all the details, and somehow turned what could have been a terrible experience into one we will always remember for the right reasons. People like her are what make a hotel stand out. She didn’t just do her job — she cared, and it showed. Thank you for turning the beginning of a nightmare into a positive experience.   We visited this hotel off of Metro drive after a long Amtrak trip. We arrived very late and doors were locked. I called the front office several times and no response. Suddenly a young man walked behind me and proceeded to open the door. He seemed annoyed. To make a long story short, we were in the wrong hotel. On my way out, the luggage rack bumped the edge of the front sliding door and the front desk attendant proceeded to accuse me of breaking the door. There was no glass or visible issue, only that the automatic door did not close. He berated me and asked me for my ID so that I could pay for any damages. I was absolutely stunned. I have never had such an issue or an attendant be so rude. I refused to give him my ID and he called the cops, which I did prefer. Thank God when the cops arrived, the door was perfectly fine and we were able to leave. The front desk attendant was rude and accusatory. I do not recommend this location due to such bad customer service.

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Leander, Texas, and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff was really friendly, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I especially loved the coffee machines that grind fresh coffee beans for each cup. I’d definitely stay here again.
