- AAAutumn AkinsApr 29, 20263.0I've stayed here multiple times because of location being best for my situation. If you need to do laundry go to a laundry mat. The washers here sometimes work and then 10 other guests need to use the 2 working washers even though there are 3 washers. They need to invest on getting new washers and dryers and maintaining them properly. The room is nice and quite. When you first walk in the room, you are hit with mold smells. It's the dishwasher. They provide soap for the dishwasher so I run a hot wash cyle on that thing immediately. After that its all good. Now the remote for the tv is another story. I had to manually turn on TV and manually adjust volume. The remote was able to change channels only. I did call front desk about this issue. They said they would have a new remote the next day. I've been here for 5 days. Never received a new remote.
- EMErnest MontezApr 25, 20261.0Sorry, I don't normally give a bad rating but this hotel is trash! Fist, the front desk clerk has awesome customer skills (Tomisha). The elevator seems off track and scary to ride in. The rooms are outdated with old school flat screen tv's. The window is stained really bad and can't see out as good. The curtains for the window is holy and needs attention. The shower curtain is also holy and needs attention. Pictures are attached!! Fair warning to new customers, it's worth the price but still a horrible place to stay. My in laws had numerous issues with their room as well. AC didn't cool well, no toilet paper when checked in, shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles were broken in the shower. IHG needs to be contracted regarding this hotel. I promise we will never stay here again!

Rooms have a hot plate and dishes with a full size fridge and freezer. Site has two grills and clean utensils to use. We saved a lot of money being able to cook for ourselves. 10/10 recommend this place!
