The elevator had a putrid smell that made me nauseous. The pool is dirty- you cannot see the bottom of it. As well as the grills are dirty! The staff at the front desk was very disappointing and dismissive!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! You could tell they were lacked proper training ! They were unable to answer questions about my reservation. The lady on the overnight shift was asleep the whole time. In the morning when i asked for towels, they told me there was no clean towels. The woman who runs the building is either unlicensed or untrained. I waited over an hour to be checked out by her. I will never stay here again…
