- MDMimi DeleonAug 22, 20262.0To BEGIN this hotel is filled with roach’s, every inch of this place is infested with, mold covered, and stinks of sewage!! I was very disappointed in this IHG hotel! The elevator had a putrid smell that made me nauseous. The pool is dirty- you cannot see the bottom of it. As well as the grills are dirty! The staff at the front desk was very disappointing and dismissive!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! You could tell they were lacked proper training ! They were unable to answer questions about my reservation. The lady on the overnight shift was asleep the whole time. In the morning when i asked for towels, they told me there was no clean towels. The woman who runs the building is either unlicensed or untrained. I waited over an hour to be checked out by her. I will never stay here again…

The pool was a green color its supposed to be clear with a blue tint spoke to front desk a guy came out with a brush to scrub i told the house keeper she said the maintenance around here is horrible I said they are supposed to shock it with special chemicals and let it clear for a few hours we came back four hours later kids were in the pool with the green water we didn't say anything my wife was going to bed pulled the blanket looked like it had blood stains asked front desk for a blanket the young lady said I dont really work here so I dont know where anything is. Tried the TV not working could only turn on and off got another remote it was the TV asked for a manager no one there but front desk no maintenance u have to wait till 11 when new person comes in they know more. Will never stay here again no pool, no TV, no blankets, no manager, no maintenance booked through IHG no refund too late to cancel.
