  They were so helpful and kind when I had to stay with them due to a house fire. The services was excellent and room was kept spotless. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, Christena at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional, and made me feel very welcome. Since it was my first time staying here, she took the time to explain everything about the check-in and check-out process and made sure I understood everything. Her patience and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, the mattress was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were clean and high quality. Everything was exactly what I could have hoped for, and I honestly have zero complaints about my stay. A huge thank you to Christena for making my first visit such a positive experience! Great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

  From check in to checkout. Mrs Annette was very polite and helpful. I stayed here for multiple nights and every room was clean and set up nicely. Definitely recommend this stay to all workers passing thru and needing a place to feel like home away from home.

  Owner Mr.Patel is awesome and has been very helpful during our stay. Christina, Annette, Savannah, Jackie have been helpful 24/7 and awesome front desk team to have around. Rooms are always cleaned to perfection best hotel to stay at in Lake Jackson

  I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here. I found myself in Lake Jackson unexpectedly and on very short notice due to private family matters. After an Airbnb I had been trying to arrange was never confirmed, I needed somewhere to stay at the last minute—and I also had my little dog with me. From the moment I arrived, the people here were incredibly accommodating, compassionate, kind, and welcoming. What could have been an extremely stressful stay during an already difficult time ended up being one of the few places where I could actually feel comfortable and breathe. I had a five day stay and I felt completely safe here, which was especially important to me traveling alone. My room was clean, comfortable, and genuinely cozy, and I never once felt like my pet was an inconvenience. We both felt completely at home. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The day before I was supposed to leave, my car wouldn't start. As if I didn't already have enough going on, I was suddenly stranded several hours from home with my dog and a vehicle that wasn't cooperating. The owner himself and another gentleman that works there came out and helped me get my car started and I was even loaned tools to help get my battery replaced. The staff here didn't have to do any of that. It wasn't part of their job, and there was absolutely nothing in it for them—they simply saw someone who needed help and helped. That kind of genuine kindness is something you don't forget. Every person I encountered during my stay went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Their compassion and thoughtfulness meant more to me than they probably realized, particularly given the circumstances that brought me to Lake Jackson in the first place. There are plenty of places where you can rent a room for the night. There are far fewer places where the people make you feel safe, cared for, and genuinely welcome when you need it most. That's what I found here. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in the Lake Jackson area again, I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. I will recommend this place without hesitation to anyone traveling through the area—especially anyone traveling with a pet or looking for somewhere that feels a little more like home. Thank you for your kindness, your compassion, and for going so far above and beyond for me and my little fur ball. You made an incredibly difficult trip a little easier, and I will always be grateful for that. ❤️
