  We went on a trip to Houston and had a great time at this hotel. Everything was nice and convenient. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was simple but good. My only complaint is that the showers did not get past lukewarm. They heated up a little though.

  I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and this one truly stands out. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. What really made the experience special was Ms.Reagan at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a great stay even better. Customer service like Reagan's is hard to find these days, and she is a real asset to the hotel. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

  Our stay was extremely disappointing. We traveled to surprise my father for Father’s Day, and instead of creating happy memories, we spent our time dealing with one problem after another. When we arrived, the toilet flush in my elderly parents’ room was not working. After that, we discovered there was no hot water for the showers. The staff moved us to four different rooms, but not a single room had hot water. Eventually, I had no choice but to take a freezing cold shower because we had already wasted so much time changing rooms. The most upsetting part was seeing my elderly parents go through this inconvenience after a long journey. Basic amenities like a working bathroom and hot water should never be an issue at any hotel. I also emailed the manager, Ami Lord-Atkins, explaining our experience and requesting a resolution, but I never received a response. The lack of communication and customer care was just as disappointing as the stay itself. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience and hope they improve both their maintenance and customer service.

  Remodel is completed. They did have a mini buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage, pastries, muffins cereal, oatmeal, juice and fruit. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very dog friendly they have poop bag by lawn area and even gave our pups a treat. They have a market up front for extra purchases. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and sofa couch. I'd stay again.
