  Normally I would not leave a public review of a hotel and just contact the actual hotel(which I did do). But nothing has been done about any of these items.....so.....here we go! Hotel staff has been very friendly and helpful. The issues I am having with this hotel are the amenities. First, my toilet has been constantly refilling due to a flapper issue. I informed the front desk about this and called IHG customer support. They gave me a case number and still it is not fixed. I have been staying here for almost two weeks and am nearing the end of my stay. Second, multiple items are out of order or not working properly; the ice machine on the second floor is broken, the coffee maker in the breakfast area is out of order, the treadmill in the gym is out of order(and there is no ventilation in there.) Drinking fountain leaks horribly and there is multiple trash cans to collect the water. The drywall and carpet on the stairs was not installed properly-probably due to a water leak/damage. IHG needs to meet directly with the owner of this property and get it up to standard. It is definitely not meeting the standard for IHG properties.

  Well we checked in and they gave us a room, that apparently our key should not have unlocked. They moved us to another room and it had BLACK MOLD on the AC unit. We have been diamond members for years and have traveled the lower 48 staying at IHG properties for the last 20 years, but this location is the worst we have ever seen. The woman at the front was bombarded and it was her first day, but that it no way should effect the safety of our health and the cleanliness of the hotel. We moved to a different brand hotel and the difference is so much better. I suggest that even diamond IHG members have a back up when traveling to Killeen. This town is truly a dumpster fire I have picturesbut of course they don'thavethe place to put them.... that shouldtell you all uou need to know.

  The reason for the 3 star review? Both mornings of our stay, at 7 am, the fire alarm went off, preventing any attempt at sleeping past 7. The rooms were clean, the hotel was relatively quiet, the location was convenient, but the fire alarm both days was a downer.

  WARNING IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR PET!!! The website verbiage can be misleading. It's $75 PER DAY from 1 to 6 days and a "long stay" is only $150 for five days or more. The website does not read the same. Meaning my 3 day stay was a total of $225 for the pet fee PLUS the room fee. You will need to stay longer than 5 days to get the FULL PET benefit. Directly from the website: Pets are welcome with a non refundable fee of USD 75 per pet for 1 to 6 nights, or USD 150 per pet for 7 nights or more. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room. A pet agreement must be signed at check in.

  I was for 3 days and nobody clean my room and someone take my towel from my bathroom and don't put another one and I need to go down to ask for more Towel being a diamond elite member I expected better Service since there are two People Who Clean even I leave the room 9:30 in the morning and Without warning at the door someone from the room above and on the sides it seemed that they were killing someone a lot of noise for a hotel I've been in Dallas also had the same bad experience the best so far was from Houston for sure they are very proactive the team
