  Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Updates We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express Kerrville after a long day of driving. While it provided a place for our family to rest, the overall experience fell well below what we expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand. The room showed significant signs of wear and tear, including heavily worn baseboards, carpet, shower, and doorframes. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, and the sheets and towels were stained and in poor condition. This property is clearly in need of a full remodel and refresh. For a one-night stop it served its basic purpose, but we were disappointed with the quality and cleanliness.

  Overall, I had a very positive experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and everything worked properly. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and professional. I also liked the location since it was easy to get around. It’s a good choice for both short and longer stays.

  First off I just want to say that the GM at this hotel is Very Rude and Lazy and always seems to have an attitude. She has a little pet that follows her around and is also very rude as well. I overheard her and the GM Gossiping about one of the worker there and from my understanding the one they were talking about seem to be doing all the work while the GM and the let’s just call her the lazy worker sit there and gossip. Now I will be getting in contact with their corporate office and letting them know exactly what ha is going on and hope they either do something about their GM and the Lazy gossip worker or they both get fired. It seems like these ladies have nothing better to do then acting like teenage girls and please don’t try to respond back like if your the owner of the hotel because we all know your not. And again I would stay away from this place. Just FYI the cleaning ladies were more professional than the one that’s suppose to be in charge and her little pet.

  Very friendly staff. Newly renovated hotel with large rooms and a huge balcony with a nice view. Price was reasonable and well worth the money. Room was very clean as was the entire property. Service, friendly staff, and a very nice property made for a great stay. We will return!
