- EMEric Medrano-Reyes6 days ago3.0It’s overpriced for the basic room and basic supplies provided. Breakfast isn’t worth it at all
- ACAngela CarsleyOct 6, 20265.0We spent and outstanding week at this hotel. Sure the rooms are a bit outdated, but the price was more that reasonable for our accommodations. We prefer this style of a hotel versus the boxes they build today. The pool area was so beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of motorcycling. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything you may need. The Bella Sera Restaurant next door was top notch.
- LBLee BesingOct 5, 20265.0We stayed there last weekend for the BikeMS Ride to the Beach bicycle event. Check in was simple. The lady at the front desk was friendly & courteous, despite having a bunch of bicycle riders all showing up at the same time. The room was clean & ready, other than the AC being off. Turning in the AC to get the temperature down didn't take long. We were up & out of the room at 4:30am for the ride, so we weren't able to try out the free breakfast, unfortunately. We definitely will want to come back next year & stay here again for the 2027 BikeMS ride.
- RCRita CarlierSep 24, 20261.0Old hotel. Odor in room. Bathroom fan going out. Plugs near beds would not charge phones. Room not made up first morning, trash not emptied, but came back to TV on in the room. Next morning, knock on door at 8:30am, chain on door, it was opened only to find we were still asleep, no mention of housekeeping before entering. Two conditioners, no shampoo on first morning. Breakfast not restocked and not ready, no attendant, it was in a restaurant next to hotel with side entrance, presentation was lacking. Very disappointed. I stay at Best Western when we travel, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff upon checkout was apologetic but just overall horrible experience.
