  4 of us went, bought tickets before hand and had a blast. I don’t think we missed a beat! Had a lot of nice lunches and dinners out, road some rides, enjoyed the shops. The end of the summer fireworks were fantastic! It was definitely a hot one so the beach cooled us off during the day. A must needed weekend Holiday!

  Un malecón muy lindo aora venir a disfrutar y caminar con la familia en pareja o solo. Hay varias actividades recreativas , hay música en vivo, tiendas , restaurantes , juegos , atracciones 🎡🎢 paseo marino con vistas a la bahía. Diversión y entretenimiento 🎠 en el mismo lugar Muy bonito y colorido

  It’s basically Houston’s answer to “what if we put dinner, roller coasters, stingrays, speedboats and questionable financial decisions next to the water?” You can casually stroll in for the view, eat enough seafood to require a nap, then immediately get on a 51-mph wooden coaster five feet from Galveston Bay because apparently digestion is a personal choice. Between the Boardwalk Bullet, the Beast, midway games, live entertainment and waterfront sunsets, there’s just enough chaos to make it charming. It’s touristy, sure, but it knows exactly what it is and commits 100%.

  My family and I have been coming to Kemah Boardwalk for over 20 years, and it is so special that I now get to bring my own kids here to experience the magic and create core memories of their own! We had such an incredible day from start to finish. We ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., where the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Then we took our 8- and 9-year-olds and their friends to the Aquarium for the stingray experience, which was easily one of the highlights of the day. They absolutely loved it! We also rode the boat and had a blast—the crew was so fun, energetic, and engaging. We finished the day riding all of the rides, many of them multiple times, and the kids could not have been happier. Kemah Boardwalk has been part of so many memories for our family over the years, and getting to experience it now through our kids’ eyes makes it even more special. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who helped make our day so unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

  Kemah Boardwalk was one of the absolute HIGHLIGHTS of our Houston mama-and-son trip! We had SO much fun and would absolutely recommend making the drive out here if you’re visiting the Houston area. The entire boardwalk was beautiful, clean and had that classic waterfront amusement-park feel with rides, games, restaurants and gorgeous views. We played a ton of the carnival-style games and actually WON quite a bit, which obviously made my son’s day! 😂🏆 Our #1 FAVORITE experience was the Boardwalk Beast high-speed boat ride — DO NOT SKIP IT!! 🚤💦 You go flying across the water with music playing, get absolutely DRENCHED, and we were laughing and having the BEST time. Easily one of our favorite memories from the entire trip! We also rode the Boardwalk Bullet wooden roller coaster. While neither of us personally loved how rough the turns were 😂, it was definitely an authentic old-school wooden coaster experience with incredible views, and I can see why roller-coaster lovers would LOVE it! We finished our day at the Aquarium Restaurant, which was such a cool experience. The huge aquariums were beautiful, the atmosphere was fun for kids, and the icy drinks were the perfect ending to a HOT Texas day! Overall, Kemah Boardwalk was such a fun day and gave us some amazing memories together. If you’re visiting Houston with kids, put this one on your list — and seriously… RIDE THE BOARDWALK BEAST! 💦🚤🎢🎡❤️
