- JWJulisha Wilkins2 days ago5.0I always have a great time on the Fantasea Cruise for the lunch excursion! After leaving an item accidentally on the yacht, Christian did an amazing job assisting me and coordinating a time for me to drive and receive it. The customer service is 10/10!
- LLLashaeAug 24, 20261.0I usually have good things to say about this boat ride, but after the experience that I had on August 15,2026.. Really changed my mind about purchasing tickets again and I usually ride this boat every year. Never I experience the experience I had with them this past weekend. First off, we didn’t dock the boat until 10 minutes after 5 o’clock during the time of this amen suffered a heat stroke.. Second, we got on the boat and it was hot on the boat.. The staff did not accommodate us to make sure we still had a good time. Didn’t offer a free punch, Water I had to ask for Water. It was just too hot to even drink on the boat. I emailed customer service a week ago and they stated they were sending this off to the operation manager. I haven’t yet received an email. This is very poor customer service and a disappointment made me look bad with the other people that I invited to the boat with me that weekend I bragged so much about them and got on the boat. It was complete this satisfaction.

Ms. Lori and the bartender on the lower deck were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout the event. We had a wonderful time, and I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our celebration so special!
