  The check-in process was very pleasant, and the staff who welcomed us were kind. We had been traveling all day and had not originally planned to spend the night there, but we decided to stay because our baby was getting very tired and we needed a comfortable place to rest. However, the last room we were given was not in acceptable cleaning condition. When we entered, we noticed that the carpet was wet and sticky, which was very uncomfortable. Also, the bed had an unpleasant smell, as if it had not been properly changed or aired out after the previous guest. The pillows also had a very strong body odor, which made us feel that the room had not been cleaned properly. After such a long day of traveling, especially with a tired baby, we expected a clean and comfortable room where we could rest. Unfortunately, this situation greatly affected our comfort and trust during our stay. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cleanliness in a hotel room is basic and essential. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and reviews its cleaning procedures to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

  The Team that crews this Hotel are Top Notch. I had to make a same day reservation due to emergency vehicle repair. The predicament I was in the Team resolved and rotated 180 degrees. The room was so clean, quiet, comfortable. The coffee station includes fresh coffee beans, hot water for tea all located in The lobby that is accessible all day. Felipe our GM thank you for taking great care of our emergency stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Team.

  This was an extremely clean hotel! Not one lick of dust, dirt, nor bug or anything! EXTREMELY CLEAN! And it smelled amazing! Pool was super clean! Work out room/gym was super clean and neat, great convenience. Service was so great! Breakfast was buffet style and kudos to the cook! I mean THIS was an absolutely great place all the way around! Small guest availability so not too big, easy to find room and get around to amenities.The waitress, hotel clerks, cleaning lady, all super polite and courteous! If I ever pass thru here again this is where I’ll stay!

  We stayed at this hotel twice in March. Once on our way to Florida and once on our way back. Both rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioners were quite and worked great. The front desk staff that checked us in were very nice and informative and even told us which way our rooms were facing so we could park accordingly. Breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of choices. We will definitely stay here again on our way back through.
