When we did there was an older couple running the front desk. Everything was clean, working and kept up. Not anymore. 1)Roaches seen 3x in bathroom and desk area 2)Toilet so low, damn near on floor, needs seal around base to prevent rocking everytime you sit 3)Bathroom light does not turn off, irritating when you're sleeping 4)Tv would not work properly, keep defaulting to menu screen. No tv for the 2 days we were there. 5) Mattress needs replacing, as it is sinking in the center
