    Expect the worst possible hotel. If you are desperate for a place to sleep go for it. Worst possible service. Waited over an hour for the shuttle at the airport. Then the shuttle left without us the next morning to take us to the airport. Customer service at the counter was as unprofessional as it gets. If I could give half a star I would.

    This place is absolutely disgusting! Stayed in Room 345, had 3 other rooms booked through airline vouchers. 2 of the rooms were infested with Roaches! We had to wait almost 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Tried to tell the front desk clerk of issues. He didnt seem one bit interested.

    Generally speaking avoid this hotel. The only redeeming quality of this "hotel" was the front desk staff Siri. She actually had brain cells and used them. This hotel will lie, not come thriugh om promises and simply does not care at all about their guests. Check in is via a kiosk in the lobby and takes 40 minutes. While people around us were helped in person in 5. This was after calling for 6 minutes to get someone to come to the front to answer. There are ample options around. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else. It is not worth the headache here. Sometimes Google gets it right. 2.7 should he your first clue this one is one to pass up, even if ypu are desperate.

    It all started with a delayed American Airlines flight. We were given three hotel options, and somehow managed to pick this gem. We called for the airport shuttle and were told, “Go to Arrivals A10 and call when you get there.” We did exactly that. When we called, they told us to go to A35 instead. We declined and suggested they pick us up where they told us to go in the first place. They promised the shuttle would arrive in “5–35 minutes.” An impressively specific estimate. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, we gave up and paid for an Uber. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the shuttle van sitting at the entrance, the same van we watched zoom right past us at the airport. Inside, a dude stood behind the front desk directing everyone to a virtual check-in kiosk while avoiding eye contact with us the entire time. About four groups were struggling with the kiosk while the actual human behind the desk remained committed to not checking anyone in. We finally made it to our room and discovered two twin beds for four people. At that point, exhaustion won and we surrendered. The next morning, we attempted Round 2 with the shuttle. That’s when we learned we were apparently supposed to have “signed up” for it. Fortunately, there were enough seats left, and our journey continued. About 10 seconds into the ride to the airport, we hit a bump and the rear shuttle doors flew open. Our luggage launched onto the roadway. The driver didn’t say a word. He simply stopped in the middle of the road, picked up the bags, shoved them back into the shuttle, and continued driving as if this was a completely normal part of the morning commute. Several pieces of luggage were damaged in the process. If you’re looking for a quiet, stress-free hotel stay, I’d suggest literally any of the other options. If you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure involving disappearing shuttles, self-service everything, and airborne luggage, this place delivers. American Airlines, do better for your passengers.

    Absolutely Disgusting. Sick even. Left immediately.I have never been in a scarier situation in my entire life. A voucher was given to us by American Airlines with this and two other similar options only. This apparently was the better of the three?? It's a motel so don't let anyone fool you with outside access only. We walked into our room, hit by the smell of marijuana. The floors were wooden, dirty and nasty. The AC was broken so it wouldnt go lower than 82 degrees. The toilet wouldnt flush. And it was overall clearly not clean. Literally, the only thing that was a 2/10 was the lobby and check in process. We didn't realize how absolutely terrible this place was until arriving. Not only would I not recommend it, I will personally be contacting the management and the airline company about how unacceptable this was. 0/10. DO.NOT.RECOMMEND. I wish I could say more. We IMMEDIATELY left due to our safety and booked a different hotel. You all should be ashamed with yourselves. Disgusting.
