  We decided to get a room since we were visiting overnight from out of town. The room we got had 2 beds which we requested. However there was four of us. 2 adults and 2 children. When we went to the front desk making for possibly 4 more towels, only because we were planning on using the pool. We were told no. The male receptionist said we could only get 2 new towels. I did state there was four of us, he wasnt having it. Which is fine, whatever I guess. We did also hear about the breakfast they provide. Like others have mentioned, it was terrible. Two types of cereal, cold muffins and plain bread to make toast. They did provide coffee, apple juice and orange juice. But for the prices we paid, we expected better at least. Honestly, we wouldn't come back here and stay. Only thing decent was the pool. It was clean and looked kept up. But if you do decide to stay, pack plenty of towels. And go out and find a place for real breakfast. Hate leaving bad reviews like this. But people need to know what to expect before arriving. My thoughts at least.

  We waited over an hour & a half for the airport shuttle to pick us up after being told that it would be 5-25 minutes. The hotel is just a few miles from the airport and there was absolutely no traffic. This is completely unacceptable. The housekeeper came into our room when we did not request housekeeping. She touched/moved our personal items, did a poor job of cleaning and doubled her workload since she had to do everything again 24 hours later when we checked out. The front desk staff were terrible. But the absolute worst part of our stay/this room was the shower. The water pressure was horrible and the temperature kept randomly changing from freezing cold to scalding hot and back again.

  Would have been a 4, except that: 1) the shuttle service was horrible from DFW: it took 1 hour after I called from the designated pick up spot until I arrived at the hotel. Going back to DFW from the hotel was much better. About 25 mins total. 2) only beverage in the morning was coffee, and nothing to eat.

  My motel room is clean, has a queen size pillow top mattress. The water is hot and the pressure in the shower is great. I was only here for 6 hours due to a missed flight. I had a nice rest and refreshing shower. There is a blow dryer, an iron and ironing board in the vanity area. The TV is a nice size and the AC gives a nice "sound machine" level of noise to help drown out the sounds from outside. They provide coffee in room and in the lobby. I heard there was breakfast at 7:00 but I left at 5:25 so I didn't get to see how that was. They have a free shuttle that runs 24 hours. Overall it is a nice motel if you are flying out of DFW.

  Breakfast is a joke. 5 or so muffins. 2 generic cereal options. Milk was about empty and was when I used it. No water. Juice machine seemed to leak. Faulty/cheap coffee cup lid popped off after 3 steps. Badly scalding my hand. There was already paper in the toilet. When using it I see why. 4 flushes and still not fully cleared. Bed was quite comfortable. Aside from the bathroom it looks like they have somewhat remodeled. Check in is via some kind of atm type device. Not a fan. The desk guy started to check me in but I still had to get the key from the machine. The 3 people behind were still dealing with the machine when I went to my room. Waiting on the airport shuttle, 25 min I'm told. Annoying persistent beeping noise in reception. Quite a modern space with comfortable chairs.
