Be wary of the reviews for this hotel. There have been 95 5 star reviews in the last month, all conveniently mentioning how amazing a specific staff person was or the incredible convenience of their stupid self check in kiosk. These are meant to bury the actual reviews, the majority being 1 star reviews which bring up bed bugs, roaches, no AC, uncleanliness, and poor interactions with staff when any of these concerns are raised. I cannot recommend avoiding this place enough. To the hotel itself: You have been reported to Google for faking reviews. I will work on getting your deal of being a default recommended hotel for American overnight delays revoked as soon as possible. Fix your issues instead of trying to cover them up and tricking people into staying in a dump.

Had a problem getting into my so today so went to the front desk to get it sorted. Bee took care of it with no problems or delays! Every time I have had a problem and she was there it was fixed asap. Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the help. If you are thinking of booking a stay here I would recommend the rooms are clean the staff are welcoming and very friendly and accommodating!

I recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western Irving Grapevine DFW North, and while the hotel itself was great, the absolute highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Richa. From the moment I arrived, Richa was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She went completely above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the guests, but Richa truly made me feel right at home! Beyond the amazing hospitality, the hotel is perfectly located near DFW Airport, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it provides fantastic value. If you are staying in the Irving/DFW area, I highly recommend this hotel—and if you are lucky enough to be helped by Richa, you are in great hands!

My flight got delayed so I got a voucher for this hotel last night. I personally would not recommend as it was very unclean with many dead and alive bugs crawling around, debris and hair, and poor air circulation with A/C that may cause stuffiness. It was relatively close to the airport as we took the shuttle to get there, but you may not be able to get the shuttle at the times you need in the morning especially after flight delays as they fill up quick so we called an Uber. My key also did not work for my room and the only solution was to go back to the lobby anytime I needed back in the room to have someone unlock it for me. Not recommended for long stays, but if you just really need somewhere for barely a night, sure. It’s a no for me though.

We were very unlucky to have chosen this hotel out of three options after an American Airlines cancellation. Our flight arrived at 10pm and we needed a place to sleep before our next flight at 5am, leaving us to wake up at 3am to get to the airport on time. As you can imagine, we just wanted to get in quick, sleep for as long as we could (which would only be 4 hours maximum), and get on our flight home. Our shuttle was already there when we arrived and thankfully there was just enough room left to fit us on. The driver made me get in my seat and made my husband and another gentleman help him put the luggage in the back, and then told my husband to close the back doors himself. After reading another review, we are realizing this was because the back doors have been known to swing open and let luggage fly onto the street. So it seems like the driver was trying to get out of liability if that were to happen. Nonetheless, we finally got to the hotel about 30 minutes later, no flying luggage, after the driver dropped off all other passengers at different hotels. When we arrived there was a kiosk with a person from across the world most likely, checking people in. Very weird. We checked in. On our way to the room, we couldn’t help but notice how hot it was in Dallas at 10:35pm while walking the outdoor halls. 95 degrees. It felt like we were in an oven. We couldn’t wait to get into our room for some relief. When we open our room door we are hit with another blast of hot air. The AC read that it was 96 degrees in there. I couldn’t believe it. So we immediately turned the AC all the way down and just got in bed and hoped it would work quick. At this point I am just trying to fall asleep as fast as possible. The AC suddenly stops making noise, we see an error code on it, and we realize that it’s broken. We go back down to get another room. The person at the desk gives us a key for the room next door. Thankfully the AC is working in this one. We get undressed and right in bed, trying so hard to fall asleep. Only about 10 minutes after we are in the room, we are in bed undressed mind you, other guests with a key OPEN OUR DOOR. They had given our room to other guests RIGHT AFTER they had given it to us. I scream in horror and the poor people leave in shame. Thank god we had put the extra lock on, so thankfully they didn’t open the door all the way. We slept terribly that night. Our morning shuttle was fine except for the fact that I noticed an awful sound as if a window was open. That sound you get in the car when only one back window is open. Then I noticed the door light was on in the van, while we were driving. I noticed the driver every 30 seconds or so looking back at the side doors. I realized they weren’t closed properly. I just kept my head down and hoped for the best. Overall this is the most rinky-dink hotel I have ever been to. It doesn’t seem like they care at all about customer service or comfort. STAY AWAY.
