- ARAriana Ross5 days ago2.0Good location close to airport. Staff were friendly. One of the grubbiest hotels I've ever stayed in. It had nothing to do with renovations, as I stayed Sunday to Friday, and despite the many signs asking to pardon their dust while they renovated, there didn't appear to be any renovation happening the whole time I was there. One of the elevator buttons was covered in barbecue sauce when I arrived on Sunday. It was still there when I left on Friday. Who knows how long it has been there. Who knows how long it will remain. The shower was not clean, there was hair in the bed when I arrived. Everything was vaguely sticky, and it smelled varying degrees of musty to awful. I put in a request to never stay here for corporate travel again.

We stay at Staybridge often and are Diamond Elite members. This is a hotel I wouldn’t refer to anyone mainly because of their customer service. When I checked in after a canceled flight he was screaming at the person in front of me and being very disrespectful. I hope the management sees this and addresses the lack of hospitality - in the hospitality industry!

Note on staff, my dad fainted at breakfast and the attendant at the breakfast bar was so alert and helpful getting him upright. She handled the situation so well and we're grateful for her!
