  Nice room but the welcome counter said we don’t get 2 free drinks for diamond elite instead I had to ask 3 times for the free amenities was then he said water finally never had that happen and I travel for work everywhere

  Went there to get free room furniture because this facility is under a remodel. The employees that managed the staging areas were very polite and helpful. I believe this is a positive reflection

  I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Staybridge Suites DFW Airport North. As an IHG Platinum member, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was filthy and had bugs everywhere. Seeing bugs crawling around the room made it feel unsanitary and completely unacceptable. The overall cleanliness was poor, and it was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before I checked in. As someone who stays with IHG often and has Platinum status, I expect basic cleanliness at the very least. Instead, I was left staying in a room that was dirty, uncomfortable, and honestly disgusting. This experience did not reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address their cleanliness and pest issues. Management needs to take these concerns seriously because guests should never have to deal with bugs and an unclean room during their stay.

  I started to leave a good review. However i found a extra $86 dollar charge to my statement. When i called to figure it out, i was told it was for extra cleaning. I only used the room to shower and sleep in after a concert, never used the kitchenette. Cant prove to me that i quote on quote damage something or left the room in a state that needed extra cleaning. I have been in countless hotels and AirBnB never have ever encountered this. I brought them 3 rooms sold that night, mine and another peer were magically charged. Will never stay again if this is how they make extra income. Maybe i should note the extra cleaning fee doesn’t actually make them clean extra considering i saw two small stains on the carpet when i first checked in. But i wonder where that fee went to that time. They might make extra from folks who dont pay attention to their accounts but they’re not fixing to do me like that
