  The room was not climate controlled before arrival as if the rooms were never used. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out bed no sheets for aforementioned pull out bed and it was dirty. The third floor hallway apparently has no a.c either as well as the rooms a.c not being ideal for being in texas heat.

  Currently here. This hotel is janky. Exposed tac strips, tub stains, broken doors, broken “complimentary” washers and dryers. Nothing works right it seems. Also, I was argued with about needing pillows for a fold out couch, wall paint peeling and chipping. Pool is clean. Breakfast is ok. Breakfast server is great and on top of it. Night desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Located close to 3 major highways & tolls. The breakfast server and location saved this rating I guess, but I will NEVER stay here again.

  Nightmare experience both with IHG support team and the hotel itself. Stay away from this hotel as everything is wrong with the hotel. Rooms full of bugs, worst elevators, cramped pathways, dusty rooms, filthy pool and the list goes on and on. Shame on Staybridge to lease their name and fooling the people around. I booked 2 rooms for my family and relatives and at midnight had to cancel the booking. IHG support system is the worst. The guy didn't resolve my issue but asked to pay more to shift to an another hotel at midnight. Stay away from this property and don't get fooled by Staybridge suites.

  It is in real need of upgrade it looks like a motel style in the common areas not anywhere close to Staybridge Suites normal standards, they also don't do social hr at this location, it's the first one I found that doesn't

  This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Reserved on room online checked in and received a completely different room was told what I booked wasn’t available threatened to cancellation reservation was then told the original room I requested would be available tomorrow if I could wait. The TV in the room didn’t work had maintenance come fix the tv then only ONE Channel worked. The Air conditioner in the room was also mediocre barely blew cold air. Overall not a good visit and I ended up canceling my reservation going forward and will not be coming back to this hotel EVER.
