  Believe the negative reviews. There is no way this location has 4.5 stars like the IHG website says. The 2.5ish they have on Google is more realistic. We stayed here after leavung a different staybridge because it was super gross and this location put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned! Then the room we did get had little tiny bugs in the kitchen. The beds are not very comfortable. The top bedding feels like scratchy curtain material. The room smelt musty and the hallways were hot which did not help with smells out there. They allow animals to stay which means a lot of the rooms probably smell like pet urine. The layout of the entire hotel is wild (think the shining corridor) and they only have 1 elevator that sounds super scary. One of the doors in the stairwells to outside literally won't lock, there is no door jam for it to lock in to and you can access the entire property through those stairwells. I used to love staying in the staybridge suites but the last 2 locations I've been to are horrible so its unlikely we will be back.

  Booking agent told me this was a new place. It was not, maybe remodeled but was a low budget and low service choice. The phone didn’t work in my room, the shower door was broken, no one answered the phone onsite to resolve an issue and emergency. Took my bags and stuff and threw it into a trash bag so that they could check in another guest. It was so bad, I just had to say I’d never stay at anyone under this brand again. If someone from Corporate wants to resolve and make it right, it would be a full refund that’s how bad the experience was.

  I'm an IHG Diamond Elite Member, I stay at IHG locations about 180 days a year, I've stayed at this particular location at least 3 weeks out of the year. Prior to this weekend, we have ALWAYS been able to get a late check out of around 130-2pm. ALWAYS. This weekend we were told that 1130am is considered late check out and anything past 12pm we had to pay for. I asked when did this policy go into place and they said always..I told them it's never been always and they continued to gaslight me that it was despite a front desk worker telling me the night before that they could do 1pm. I've only ever continued to stay here because location is good for my work and the late check out. Since the late check out is no longer available and the continual gaslighting that it's never been this way let's leave a review of what this hotel is like without that only benefit: This hotel is wildly old and outdated. The TVs are from the early 2000s, I guess they can't afford to upgrade TVs to something made in this current decade. They skimp on hand soap, lotion and kitchen soap, I guess that's too far out of their budget as well. Our kitchen was missing most of the silverware. The hallways have busted holes in walls all throughout the building..The breakfast is trash at best and you'll find trash all throughout the facility. With the late check out no longer available this will be our last time staying here. Like I said I average 3-4 weeks a month here but this place is way too raggedy to stay for a late check out of 1130am..

  DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! Management was horrible as they made me wait and dodged phone calls for weeks just to then inform me that they would be denying refund request. Vehicle had hail damage all across and even broke rear window on my car I have photos and claim number from insurance never once got a chance to even prove I wasn’t lying or anything it’s sad how they handled the situation to be clear I’m not mad nor emotional about this review to be honest it’s simply shows the integrity and the shiesty nature of how they handle business so if this post even deters one person from booking and going through a possible situation or anything I’ve done my part, they’re are several other hotels in the area I’d suggest instead of staybridge suites when usually staybridge hotels and honest and reasonable people.

  I stay at Staybridge all over and quite often. This one is horrible and isn't updated it dont offer what all the others do. All of them offer clean laundry..rooms not with mold..and offer social hour Monday through Wednesday..this one the laundry room stays open with 1 washer and 1 dryer that works all the others are broken and out of order. My room vents have mold. Shower curtain has mold, the furniture looks as if it has been in here since they first opened. The common area is hot along with the halls. No perk of being a diamond elite. No parking for that status..no early check in No late check out. The lady at the front asked if I had a dog, when I told her no she says they dont allow dogs as I see dogs in the hotel. Just not the expectation you would expect from IHG. Also the elevator is janky you don't know if your going to drop or get stuck.
