  This hotel is great. But the front desk manager is incompetent. There is not consistency on policies, and lack of communication and consistency to her direct reports. Additionally, we've stayed here for over a month for work, this time when we checked in at 4 am we were told to pay at a later time by staff. By 9 am they were pounding on the door trying to kick us out. Very confusing when 1 thing is communicated and then something else is actually expected by managment. Again, she does not have her stuff together. Maybe some weekly meeting with her direct reports on alignment and consistency would go a long way here. Additionally, I was over charged by the "night audit" staff. I paid in full for this stay up front, and then was charged a second time by night audit. When asked the manager about this she tried to tell me that there was not a second charge, it took a lot back and forth with much passive aggression fielded during the call to get her to look into it further. Once she finally did look into it further after much passive sarcasm, it was found that I was over charged and the problem was rectified. This is not the first time I've had financial issues at this location either. I still have a $2,800 hold on one of my cards from here because they decided to run two different cards for the same stay. Besides that the location is great, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are pretty decent. Oh and breakfast is amazing, breakfast staff is amazing and very friendly people who remember your face and great you well.

  Very outdated, no smart TV to load your own movies so cable only. Pool is not correctly photographed[there it NO HOT TUB] Have to pay for breakfast which holiday inn was known for complementary breakfast. Not anymore. Hall way carpet is coming loose and no ac in hall/walkways Courtyard cute but Fire pits are non operational which when i asked was told <those are just for looks havnt worked in years>l also so full of cigarette butts.

  Hotel location is great. It was about a 15 minute walk from our conference. They had a shuttle there every 15 minutes going over that direction. The Front Desk staff was awesome. There wasn’t miscommunication with our booking and Cassandra was super awesome and very patient explaining how everything worked and looked on their end. Our TV in our room was extremely small and there was definitely a funny smell coming out of the air conditioner. The room is definitely dated. Ultimately though I just want a place to sleep so beds were comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it a five out of five was the smell in the room.

  Rooms and bathrooms need upgrades.. shower was not nice at all.. When you are charging good then u also need to maintain standards

  I can't understand how this has 4 stars. It's 2 stars at best. There are droppings in between the matress folds. the pool and lobby look nothing like the photos. the pool is a disaster. looks like a pond.
