- LHLaurie HenryAug 5, 20265.0We recently stayed here to go to an event at the nearby convention center. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They even provided a shuttle back and forth to the convention center! We had a bite in the bar and it was very good. Breakfast the next morning was good as well. All in all I would stay here again.

While the initial front desk woman was wonderful, the room was awful. We had to get to an event and got back and realized the actual condition. The room was dirty, with an old candy wrapper tucked in the sheets. There were black fingerprints on the ceiling, grime in the bathroom and the tub had about an inch exposed around it like it was sinking into water damage?! Definitely a mold concern there. Housekeeping woke us up at 8 even though check out isn’t until noon. There is a nicer courtyard but landscaper were leaf blowing and making as much noise as possible through breakfast so we didn’t get to enjoy that amenity or a slow wake up in anyway. For a $250 hotel room for the night I really would have expected better. I’ll add images if able.
- JAJosue AronJun 26, 20261.0The front staff is the only worthy part of our stay hallways smell disgusting, carpet is dirty, rooms are old and outdated and look dirty I did not feel safe letting my little one crawl in the room due to how gross the carpet and room looked. Furniture was all scratched there was roaches in the room and hallways, the pool was dirty looking and we all got some type of rash from our stay definitely will not be going back this place needs to shut down and replace everything the lobby was the only nice part of the hotel once you get to where the rooms are you instantly regret booking at this location.
