  I’ve been here for 3 days and so has this pile of filth and garbage in the hallway. Do better IHG.

  My wife and I spent the night here and i can honestly say i have never had any problems with any Holiday Inns at all... i have stayed at this location, a location in Fort Worth a few others in the DFW area and some in San Diego California... I am very very pleased with all the ones I have stayed at...

  Had such a great experience at this location. Customer service was excellent! Cordell and Michelle were two of the best employees in the whole business- they made me and my 92 year old mom feel like family. We literally left the place crying with joy because we had met some of the nicest people and wish we could back frequently. Food was good. Bed was comfortable! Rooms clean. Location easy and close to restaurants and stores- it was great for a staycation.

  This hotel needs to be updated desperately. The elevator shakes when it comes to a stop, making you wonder what’s exactly about to happen next. The room was ok but they put money into weird features like an electric blind opener that would only go up a few inches. The room was clean but sparse with and armoire that had an extra section on the side that didn’t seem to do anything except house a light switch but no extra space for this full length 5’’ space. The front desk ran out of key cars so even though we were a double occupancies we only got one card which was a challenge since we were on different schedules. Holidays Inn uses to be a sure bet but this one makes me second guess ever coming back.

  My parents had an unexpected overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irving DFW Airport North after their American Airlines flight was canceled due to a maintenance issue, following a long international journey. They arrived late at night, exhausted, and needed just a few hours of rest before an early rebooked flight the next morning. I specifically chose this hotel so my parents, who are in their 80s, could rest comfortably—and I’m very glad I did. I want to give special recognition to the front desk associate, V, who went above and beyond in every way. From coordinating the shuttle pickup (which I arranged over the phone), to ensuring a smooth and quick check-in, to scheduling their early morning shuttle, she handled everything with care and professionalism. She even personally walked my parents to their room to make sure they wouldn’t get lost. After a long and stressful travel experience, her attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference and helped turn a difficult situation into a much more manageable one. As an IHG Platinum member, I do have high expectations for service—but V exceeded them. She is a great example of exceptional hospitality and should be recognized by management. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to acknowledge her outstanding service. Thank you again, V, for taking such great care of my parents.
