  This is a great place everyone treated us like we were family the service is great the greetings of grade the the cleaners are great the cooks was great the breakfast was great I'm telling you I don't have anything bad to say the best was comfortable the rooms was nice we had the double beds my 5 year old stay for free we had the great times and at the end of the day I did get all my deposits back and I called up there in 2 weeks after I had left and they still knew me by name I love you. I have nothing bad to say y'all go there is family orientated very friendly very clean it was clean really clean we felt safe I love it

  Honestly if it wasn't for the managers negativity I would post a better review or none at all. These issues to me seem understandable well ish. There was one employee that was awesome but I won't name that person name because I would hate for the manager Carlos, to act out towards that person. Please enjoy the story of how this hotel messed up the comfort my family should have felt on vacation. Let's start with most awing of issues, the manager Carlos. who blamed us and asked us to not come back. Three room changes in the first 2 days of our stay. First room 114 smelt disgusting, like a gym locker room, mildew or something. We moved to room 225 we went to bed and woke up fairly early and left for the day. We left the sign off so they can get us new towels and change the trash. When we got back the was a wet pile of I'm guessing dog poop on the floor. We went down and asked for a room changed. In the move I left my swimwear in 225 which they never found. Now room 331 the following day while warming up our microwave dinners we were tidying up. And behind the microwave just poking out a little was a used SEX TOY.( One guys would use. We have two small kids, who ask way to many questions. We brought it down to management immediately. The following morning we asked to speak to the manager Carlos, to discuss our stay too many issues in such a short time. And the last one being terrible, we felt we deserved some reembursment. He informed us he has been doing this for ten years and he has never had these issues and implied we were creating them. And said he would like for us to not extend our stay or come back. Then he said the would give us a 40% off for the two nights we had already stayed. I told him I would follow up with him later in the week and for three days he wasn't on the property so we were told. Then on then invoice those nights rates were higher than we booked with "$69 taken off" leaving our bill the same as when I paid online. Do not go to this hotel. It seems nice but the issues are horrible and the manager blames the guests, read other comments and you will see this is reaccuring. I really hope that this will help other future guests to rethink staying here.

  Booked a room for one night for a concert and it was perfect and in the perfect location. Everyone was very kind and my room was clean. I’ll definitely come back here for future concert dates!
