  La habitación es amplia, cómoda, y el desayuno muy completo. Sin embargo el olor que tiene a humedad es algo que impacta desde la entrada. Los pasillos también olían mal. Solo la habitación no tenía mal olor, creo que deben mejorar el aseo y ventilación de los espacios comunes. Nos quedamos en este lugar solo porque nuestro vuelo fue retrasado y Delta Airlines nos pagó la estadía por una noche.

  I had a good experience, the hotel is close to the airport, very clean, quiet and the room well equipped (coffee machine, small fridge, microwave) with a very good shower :) Downstairs you have a small shop with essentials and small food items for travelers. Breakfast is quite good (american size)

  Our Qantas flight was cancelled so they kindly suggested Best Western Plus. After three calls to their manager for a transfer from the airport , the van never arrived and we had to make our own way there . When we arrived they put us up in a smelly room that had an air conditioner that sounded like a A380 aircraft taking off . To top it all off the reception manager took our food voucher that our airline had provided , claiming it was to pay for breakfast in the morning . Breakfast is advertised as free on their site . Wow , the audacity of these people !!!

  Although it looks nice, its about what you would expect from a BW. Breakfast was plain, watered down scrambled eggs, and bacon. Be there on time as the kitchen crew closes shop right on the dot! My big issue was the Mildew Smell in the room created by the A/C unit running nonstop during the warm humid parts of the day. I took it upon myself to clean the unit to help with it, which helped a bit, but I'd either have to shut down the A/C unit for a day to let it dry or deal with it. I chose to deal with it. Also, Housekeeping needs to keep a better record of who is in. They walked in my room at 8am while I was asleep. My fault for not locking the door. Otherwise your typical LC Hotel for a couple nights.

  Overnight, I got about a dozen very itchy bites on my legs. The next morning I told the lady at the front desk and I was told that "that never happens" and "they don't allow pets". I asked for a refund and told "no". I got a 15% discount for my stay which felt like a slap in the face. When I was checking out, there was a lady at the front desk with her service dog, which I found funny. My legs still itch a few day later. I had my wife take pictures of my legs and she said "oh my God baby". Yeah.
