Hotel / airport shuttle was horrible! Since I’m deaf, don’t have access to USA cellular reception, had hard time reaching hotel front desk, managed to call with wifi at airport, called them 3 times to send a shuttle to pick me up. They never showed up after they said between 5 to 25 mins. I waited for 2 full hours then gave up to get Uber to take me to hotel, ended up paid $55 just for 2 miles trip. Breakfast here is disgusting! No hot meals like eggs, bacon, potatoes! All corn syrup foods! I will never come back here ever again! Room was nice and good sleep.

This review is solely based on the hotel’s shuttle experience since we’re only leaving the airport now. Landed around 9PM (American airline), we requested a shuttle at 9:28PM which they said would take 5-25mins. It took over 1hr 30mins for the shuttle to arrive. We texted and called the hotel they kept saying “it will be there shortly” “just 5-20mins”. When the shuttle showed up we couldn’t even get in since it was full and had to wait another 20mins for the next shuttle to show up. What an absolute joke! During this entire waiting period every other hotels’ shuttle made 3-8 rounds picking guests up. A truly frustrating experience overall. We have no idea what this service will be like in the morning when returning to the airport given our 7AM flight, but I think it’ll be safer to take our chances ordering a cab instead.

Rented a two bedroom suite so we would have a sitting area. Arrived and the timid desk clerk had a line of several people. We used the check in kiosk, which was fine. Instead of getting the suite on our reservation, we were given a queen room and the room rate was not adjusted. It seems like a rip off that the desk clerk moved us to a lower tier room, kept the same rate as the suite, and didn’t even tell us. I’m now sweating in our tiny room, which doesn’t seem to have AC, while my husband has been downstairs for 20 minutes—trying to either get the suite we reserved or an adjustment to a lower room rate for the smaller room. Update! My husband just came back with a new room key, but he told me that it’s the Hunger Games in the lobby! One woman was requesting clean sheets because the room she was sent to was filthy. As a result, my husband is now checking our new room to ensure it’s clean before we leave the sweaty, (but clean) room they originally gave us. Welp, I’m glad my husband checked the new room before we moved. The new room didn’t have sheets on the bed. The AC doesn’t work there, either. The sleeper sofa was open and there wasn’t any bedding for it. My husband is downstairs again trying to get us a room that isn’t 80 degrees. Not exaggerating one bit. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had in years. We are fairly new to the Best Western Rewards program after being loyal Hilton fans for decades. I guess we are going back to Hilton, again. I shouldn’t have to pay for a hotel room that is so hot I can’t sleep in it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I had to stay here with my two toddlers due to an issue with my flight back home and my experience with this hotel made my unfortunate travel experience even worse. To start out, I waited for 30 minutes at midnight for the hotel shuttle to pick me and my 2 young toddlers up from the airport and they never came. I ended up having to pay $40 to get a taxi to drive me to the hotel. The man at the front desk was anything but accommodating. Not willing to provide us with a room with 2 beds even though there were 3 of us staying in the room, said that the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was going to be full during the time that I needed it (even though it wasn’t full at all because I saw it when I got picked up by my Uber in the morning) and didn’t care one bit when I told him I waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle and no one came. Not to mention I also called the hotel twice while waiting for the shuttle and no answer. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refreshed. It had a large TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, desk and chair, and a nicely updated vanity area. The room was comfortable overall, although there was very little storage for clothing other than the hanging area. I also noticed a few paint spots left behind from the refresh that could use some finishing attention. The biggest issue during my stay was the airport shuttle service. The shuttle serves multiple hotels, which isn't a problem by itself, but the routing and communication could be much more consistent. I waited about an hour to be picked up at DFW, and the shuttle signage made it difficult to identify the correct vehicle. For my return trip to the airport, I followed the instructions to sign up in advance and be in the lobby 10–15 minutes early. I was also told our hotel would be the last hotel stop before heading to the airport, but we made additional hotel stops afterward. A shared shuttle can work well, but having a consistent route and giving guests accurate information about what to expect would make the service much more reliable. Overall, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The shuttle experience was the main thing that held the stay back and could use improvement.
