  Worst costumer service ever. Lisa from front desk started yelling out of nowhere. Cancelled our reservation right away. Never coming back here.

  If you are considering staying here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The cleanliness was poor, customer service was disappointing, and management appeared unable to keep basic operations under control. We found garbage and used towels in the room upon arrival. We reported the issue, yet it was not properly addressed. More than a day later, we still did not have clean towels. Breakfast seemed completely neglected. Essential items were gone, and nobody bothered to restock them. Guests were left with whatever happened to be available. We paid for a comfortable stay and received service far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to family, friends, or anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

  The front desk came off very confrontational. Honestly very rude and never staying here again. Also was given 2 towels for 4 guests and when asked for more was told no.

  Nice hotel in Ingleside, Texas. The lobby is clean and the room looked and smelled clean as well. They have good coffee and capuchino 24/7. The parking lot is a little small and cramped, but well lit. The room has a small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator instead of a tiny dorm room style one.
