Went for a 3-4 vacation and honestly was hesitant. But omg I was proven wrong. And I love it. Service was great and nice and respectful. Nice hot breakfast. When I need Service they were great, fast and helpful. I know it the future and I go back in town I know which place to stay. Hopefully I am able to get a tv that works lol. The front lady at the front at night desk help so much .bless her heart. 10/10 will recommend and stay again.

Imagine walking into a hotel and immediately being greeted by a gallery of warning signs—not welcoming signs, but notices announcing everything that no longer works. That was the opening scene of what became, without question, the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever experienced. Best Western’s name is displayed on this property, but the experience bears little resemblance to the standards typically associated with the brand. The problems begin the moment you arrive. A handwritten note instructs guests to “ring the doorbell,” accompanied by another apologizing for the absence of staff. While occasional maintenance issues are understandable, a quick review of recent guest feedback suggests these conditions have persisted for months. My kitchenette suite felt less like a guest room and more like a neglected storage space. The carpet was damp and sticky underfoot. The kitchenette was essentially unusable—appliances did not function properly, the few bowls provided were dirty, and there were no utensils available to prepare or eat food. Cleanliness throughout the room was alarming. The bathroom counter still had hair on it, the tub contained yellow and brown residue along with visible mold, and there was no trash can in the room beyond the small one in the bathroom. The microwave handle was coated with a sticky film, and the refrigerator contained dirt and even sand. Even the television remote seemed determined not to work unless you stood within arm’s reach of the screen. The advertised “full-service breakfast” was perhaps the greatest disappointment. Expectations of eggs, bacon, toast, pastries, or fresh fruit quickly vanished. Instead, guests were offered biscuits and gravy served from a visibly dirty tray, a handful of stale-looking pastries that appeared to have been sitting untouched for weeks, a single yogurt, and four tiny aging crab apples. The pantry area was equally barren, with not a single item available for purchase. Then there was the elevator. It technically works—provided you are not on the second floor. Guests discover only after arriving there that the elevator cannot be used to travel down. A sign taped over the button instructs you to take the stairs down or climb to the third floor and ride the elevator back to the lobby. It felt less like a hotel amenity and more like an unintended puzzle. From cleanliness and maintenance to amenities and basic guest service, nearly every aspect of this stay fell far below reasonable expectations. What should have been a comfortable hotel visit became an exercise in frustration, disappointment, and disbelief. Update 8/13 - The owners response is a lie. Management did not reach out to me to discuss my disappointment. Additionally they emphasize that we stayed 2 nights...yes that is true because we had no where else to go. We had already used our funds and points for the stay. No way in hell this management team would refund our money and let us leave. Their untruthful response is another indication that they have zero value or care for their guests. see my photos on trip advisor

Worst stay EVER, I usually stay here when traveling with our kids because the location and rooms are amazing but this last trip was just horrible!! Still on the ups about staying again, this was my favorite location but seems to be going downhill!!! Location was perfect but room was NOT!!!

ROACH MOTEL. Zero stars if I could. If you are considering booking this hotel, do yourself a huge favor and turn around. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, it was a disaster. The elevator was partially down and only worked going up to my floor, had to walk all my belongings down the stairs daily, only to find out the ice machines didn’t work either. Once I got into the room, things went from bad to worse: The Room Was Filthy. I opened the microwave and was greeted by leftover food and grease from the previous guest. Infestation: There weren't just one or two bugs—there were MULTIPLE roaches scurrying around the room. My daughter had one crawling on her leg. Disgusting. And when I addressed this at the front desk they DID NOT CARE. Bathroom Disaster: The toilet refused to flush, the shower had zero water pressure (it was practically a drip), and there were never any clean towels available no matter how many times we asked the front desk. The lights in the room wouldn't stop flickering, making the whole place feel like a cheap horror film. Management clearly does not care about health, safety, or basic sanitation. My family unfortunately had to stay here an entire week because we couldn’t find anything else to leave the way we would’ve liked to and when complaining to speak to the manager he refused to call me for 5 days. I emailed him directly multiple times as well as reminded the front desk daily to have him call me. 5 days. No call or care in the world. And when I did finally get ahold of him, it wasn’t because he reached out to me.. I called the front desk and he happened to answer. After voicing my complaints yet again he asked why I didnt just check out. LOL. Do not risk your health or waste your money here. You’ve been warned!
