  Rooms were ok and service was goog with a pretty good breakfast. My complaint is with their ev chargers which were Tesla chargers. Nothing wrong with that as I carry both the tesla to j1772 and tesla to ccs adapter. However, for some unknown reason these chargers are all locked away from non-tesla drivers. All 6 chargers sat empty all night since more than 50% of the evs on the road can't use them, even if they have the proper adapter. I won't be staying here again!

  Very friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and quiet. (Except for the poor guy in the next room suffering from allergies—I could hear him sneezing) The breakfast was the typical: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon. There’s a Walmart directly across I45 if you need it. Very convenient. Another reviewer complained about the bed being too hard. Not in my room. It was just right.

  We’ve stayed in this hotel with a large group for several years any time we’re in Huntsville. Last year, one of our group was missing a jacket from her room that no one seemed to have seen until mention of escalating the situation. The jacket magically reappeared. I accidentally left an expensive pillow in my room on Sunday. It was early and I was honestly just distracted. We were in the area for prison ministry, so I called as soon as I was able. Initially the front desk clerk said they had a white pillow. I explained mine was gray, and that I was frustrated because I’m 100% certain I left it. When I said that would mean staff took it, she placed me on hold, then said housekeeping had it and asked that I call back the following day. When my friend went to pick it up on Monday (we live near Austin), it was nowhere to be found. When asked by the person working the afternoon shift, the young lady who worked the evening before conveniently forgot placing me on hold and confirming that she said there was a gray pillow. I was supposed to receive a call yesterday (Tuesday) from management. Not only that, but one of the rooms in our group had bedbugs. It wasn’t speculation, we have video that was shown to front desk staff and another room was given. While that situation was remedied as far as compensation, that’s a massive cause for concern. I hate to do this in this manner, but the lack of care and communication is frustrating. Our group will definitely not be staying here again, which is unfortunate because staff is polite and breakfast is generally good. That’s really all you need in a small town.

  Wont be going back here... And if you decide to you might want to call before you get there to make sure they didnt give your room away... Thats not cool to drive as far as we did for them to tell us they sold our room to someone else....Had reservations for the jacuzzi room.. oops lost our business!!!

  Disappointment at every turn. Dirty, cracked, frayed, or worn finishes. Outdoor card readers don't work. 1st room stank of mold. Lights blink, fire alarm croaks. Tell them and they literally shrug. Breakfast is good.
