  Stayed here for 4 days. Free breakfast was awesome when you have small kids waffle station eggs, potato sausage, cereals yogurt and fresh brewed coffee was divine. It's close to different attractions. I think on average we spent about 20 minutes to get to different museums and places we wanted to visit. It's very close to the airport. There is a pool, fire pit and functional grills. Our room had a full kitchen to include a dishwasher and refrigerator and flat top range so it was very easy for us to purchase some groceries and cook our lunches and dinners in our room. Will definitely be staying here again. Considering the fact that my room was next to the elevator, I did not hear anything at night. Facilities are clean. The staff is super helpful.

  We have stayed here a couple of time. We have even had the same suite more than once 8 months apart. I gave 4 stars only because the same things wrong with the room the 1st time were still wrong months later. Fairly minor and would still stay here again. Breakfast would be 2 or 3 stars if I could rate separately. Lacking in variety even from the normal coffee offerings of other hotels. The TV in the bedroom did not work this year or last. Doors that swing wide open if not completely shut and blinds that dont have full coverage from light coming in. Good location and room size so will still come back. Quiet a few homeless people in the area. Hotel seems pretty good at keeping the grounds clear and clean. Staff was great too by the way. Accommodating and great with my kids.

  Upon check-in, I found a notice on my door stating extermination would be taking place. I have a known allergy to the chemicals used, so I immediately informed the front desk and asked if my room could be serviced first. I also purchased Benadryl in preparation. On my second night I discovered my refrigerator was not working and had to clean up melted ice. The next morning, I reported the issue and maintenance came to the room. He initially seemed helpful but quickly became dismissive, stating the refrigerator was likely unplugged due to extermination access. When I again mentioned my allergy, he told me, “No, you’re not—you would be in the hospital.” I explained that he is not my doctor and that I do have this allergy. The situation escalated when he raised his voice, argued with me, and became confrontational. I left the room to avoid further conflict. When I went to the front desk, I learned the same individual was also the manager on duty. He continued to interrupt, speak over me, and told me to “stop playing the victim,” which was unprofessional and inappropriate. While the hotel itself is otherwise pleasant, this interaction—particularly with a staff member in a management role—made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope this is addressed, as respectful and professional customer service is essential.

  Everything works have been perfect except for a sleepless night due toa gyest stomping and running around in the room above ours. I don't know if it was just bad luck or whether this hotel has some strange customers staying there, as it is also a long term stay place. We were not able to take a look outside and hang out on the pool area, as there was a group of people smoking and equipped with lots of beer cans,at the big round table . Other than that, the shuttle was very convenient, the staff friendly, the room comfortable.

  this property is filthy. Mold in the shower, roach juvenile in my room. Room smells of mold and lemon air freshener. Furniture is tattered hole in wall. It took us over an hour to get checked in. We made our reservation on line. They said it takes a long time for the online confirmation to get to them? Lobby has all the outlets hanging as I think they are prepping to paint? This pig needs more than lipstick. There are really no restaurants nearby unless you want Burger King. That place had bad reviews so passed on dinner. Opted for a cup of ramen from the hotel pantry. Pretty miserable stay.
