  Don’t use their parking for the IAH airport unless u want the headache of an uber after waiting 30 mins. The shuttle is going to drive right past the terminal door without stopping even if you called beforehand and make your presence known.

  I have stayed at this hotel for years and it’s so easy to find. It’s so nice to be remembered each time I return; the desk clerks are wonderful and a joy to visit with. Aayushi is so sweet!   The Assistant General Manager Farwa was very rude. The AC never went off in my room and it was freezing cold in the room. She insisted that I come down and get a blanket because they were inundated with guests. Well, the gentleman Called back to the room and I informed him I was too cold to get out of bed,he did bring a blanket to my room. But when my friend went down to address her rudeness, as she called back to the room to state that nobody would bring a blanket to the room, I needed to come get it. She lied about being busy and showed a stack of papers that she had to sort through. IHG has always been my first pick and this location was recommended by my friend. Farwa, you are rude and I hope to never be your guest as this establishment again. Thank you Shoaib for remaining professional and doing what all other IHG brand hotels have done, make the guest comfortable. Note: I am a Platinum Elite Member and my friend is a Diamond Member.

  The good: hotel shuttle was prompt and found us, the room was clean. Breakfast eggs were of the best I've ever had. Guy checking us in was very polite. The bad: "Kids eat free" but both of mine were charged for dinner and breakfast. First time in my life I've been charged $18pp for a very modest hotel breakfast. Guy at the desk when checking out was rude. Save hundreds and look for a hotel where more is included. This one suckered me in by being close to the airport (but there were lots of choices and they all have shuttles)

  For 23 years, I have traveled for work every week and have been a guest at this hotel for the last 12 months. In my professional opinion, this is by far, the BEST hotel near the IAH airport. The staff, the rooms, the on-site restaurant and the location is hands down better than any of the other hotels I’ve stayed in previously over the past 7 years in the Houston Bush airport area. The hotel property is always clean & well maintained. The Staff members always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed too. Tonight for example, Shoaib was very professional & well dressed, as always, and he never fails to thank me for being a Platinum Elite customer upon check in. I feel appreciated! Once I discovered this location, I could not go back to the other hotels.
