  The rooms were extremely exceptional Paula, the housekeeper or cook not sure what she does exactly she was absolutely amazing great conversation wonderful spirit about her. I would say she’s definitely in need of a raise. I would love to come here as long as she’s here.!!!!

  Love my experience at the hotel everything was nice and clean. We sleep really well. The mattress really comfortable . The clean lady, Paul gave us a excellent customer service.

  First time staying here, but definitely not the last. I travel to Houston and the surrounding area quite a bit & this experience here has by far been the best. The sweet Chelsei Shine confirmed there was room for my truck & trailer, then she upgraded my room for me. I figured it was just because I'm a diamond member, but she really did it because the elevator had malfunctioned & my original room was on the 4th floor. She has the best personality, her voice is very settling & you can tell she loves her job and is genuinely a pleasure. Thank you for a great stay & I look forward to seeing y'all again soon.

  Our resident stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atascocita – Humble – Kingwood while maintenance was being completed at their home, and the experience was excellent. The reservation process was simple and efficient, and the hotel staff was welcoming, professional, and very accommodating throughout the stay. They made the check-in process seamless and were always available to assist with any questions or needs. We truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality and the care they provided to our resident. We would gladly work with this hotel again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Chelsei consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest had an outstanding experience.
