Our group of 15 was simply trying to have a good experience, but the way she interacted with customers was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially when dealing with a large group, and I hope management addresses this situation. If her name isn’t MacKenzie it’s something very similar.

He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The trails were fun, the ATVs were great, and everything was well organized. Definitely recommend this experience, especially if you get Rahkim as your guide! I’d definitely do it again.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone understood the safety instructions before we started. The ATVs were clean, well-maintained, and easy to ride. The trails were a lot of fun and made for an exciting adventure. The entire process, from booking to the end of the ride, was smooth and organized. I would definitely recommend Texas ATV Rentals to anyone looking for a fun outdoor experience in the Houston area. I'll definitely be back!
- KGKaprice GriffinJul 26, 20262.0This ATV rental is decent. Not the best in Houston. You can still have fun but honestly don’t deserve 5 stars like they ask you to put! The reason why I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because, they didn’t have changing rooms (only a water hose) no food trucks that were open. (Only one food truck on site that was closed). No lockers, no helmets, no safety video. They did have a vending machine but limited water available. They do hold your Drivers license so don’t forget to pick them up after like we did. The trail is okay. Didn’t get a full hour of riding, maybe 45 min riding from take off till getting off.
