Title: Horrible condition and lack of basic service This hotel was shockingly dirty and unacceptable. There were severe stains on the bed, dead insects around it, and stains all over the bathroom. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud, and the "queen" bed was too small for someone under 180 cm. The whole property is in such terrible shape that it needs a total rebuild. Furthermore, during a 2-night stay, we were given no fresh towels after day one and had to haul out our own garbage. Terrible hygiene and zero service. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms are tired and old and show lots of wear and tear. Floors are dirty. No hot water on our second night with no option to move wings. Carpet is water-logged by the a/c unit. The appliances all work and the layout offers plenty of space.

Bugs on floor and flying around room during three night stay. No extra towels. The one singular night that they had extra towels they made me go grab the dirty ones before they would give me clean ones like some silly exercise or game. No toothbrushes at all. Blood on pillowcase. Bought a bottled sprite from their little store that had no carbonation in it. We needed a straw for a drink we got on DoorDash and they flat out told us no despite them having straws for their free breakfast. No working ice machine and was told ice maker in freezer in room works but it very much does not and was filthy. Walls paper thin so you hear and smell everything going on in nearby rooms. The list goes on. Would not recommend.

Disappointing Stay I wish I had read the Google reviews first. We arrived late and were greeted by Kyle, who was friendly, helpful, and got us checked in quickly. Unfortunately, our first room was unacceptable, dirty counters, stains on the walls and bedsheets, a dirty toilet, and an outdated kitchen that looked like it was falling apart. We brought it to Kyle’s attention, and he was very understanding and moved us to another room. Room 407 was cleaner, but still outdated and not somewhere I’d stay again without some serious upgrades. Kyle’s customer service was the best part of the experience.Disappointing Stay
