  Mi comentario es negativo porque en ningún momento te avisan que la limpieza es cada tres días y puedes fácilmente tener un stock de toallas sucias en la habitación sin que a nadie le importe un mínimo. Me parece abusivo que este servicio de limpieza y renovación de toallas no esté disponible de diario. Piensan que nos duchamos una vez a la semana???? Bufet de desayuno muy pobre con poca opción saludable solo dulces y dulces. No lo elegiría nuevamente , la atención del personal fría y poco satisfactoria.

  My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome. And, I stayed here for 2 weeks. First, the staff—especially the cleaning staff—were not friendly. Our room was not cleaned daily, and when I asked about it, I was not given a clear or respectful explanation. Instead, I was told that I was being “aggressive,” which was unfair and untrue. To make matters worse, we received a note saying we would be charged for a clogged toilet and a damaged sinkerator—issues that were not caused by us. This felt very accusatory and unprofessional. I also felt unfairly judged during my stay. I was told that my room was “unsanitary,” which is simply not true. In fact, because housekeeping was inconsistent, I even asked for a broom so I could clean the room myself. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or respected. Being labeled as aggressive and blamed for damages I didn’t cause made the experience very uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff could improve their customer service—something as simple as a smile and a more welcoming attitude would go a long way. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

  I stayed here because of the walking distance to NRG stadium for the World Cup. The room was nice and clean. My room had a full sized refrigerator, mini stove top and dishwasher. The staff were very friendly as well. The breakfast was good because it had lots of items to choose from such as waffles, fresh fruits, eggs, sausage and juices.

  We had ordered a 2 queen bed room. We got a 1 queen 1 pullout sofa room that was small for the price we paid. The first elevator was out of service. The breakfast was adequate. The place was nice and clean.
