There were definitely some positives. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and greeted us with a smile every time we came through the lobby. The location was also convenient—most of the places we visited were about 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, the hotel itself could use some attention. The room didn’t feel as clean as it should have. The walls were dirty, the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust, and one of the towels had a noticeable stain. The common areas also appeared to be overlooked. The hallways needed cleaning, and the same dirt remained on the elevator floor throughout our entire stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the property didn’t match the price we paid. With better attention to housekeeping and upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay.
