I would recommend changing rooms if you're facing the highway, it was extremely loud at ALL hours of the night. Other than that the hotel rooms in general are very nice and spacious. There's a large selection of snacks/drinks with a self check that's accessible all hours in the lobby. The best perk is definitely the daily happy hour at the bar.

Changing a reservation made a month in advance at this hotel has been a problem. They refused to make the change without any reasonable explanation and wouldn't allow a change to an earlier date, instead demanding full payment for a four-day stay even before arriving at the hotel. This is unacceptable. This type of hotel should be investigated for its lack of customer service. I do not recommend this hotel to my colleagues or friends.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites recently and initially thought everything was fine during my visit. The room was okay and nothing seemed wrong at first. That changed immediately after I checked my bank account.
After my stay, I discovered I had been charged FOUR additional times by the hotel, totaling around $950 in unexpected charges. These were not explained at checkout and were not authorized in any clear way.
I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue and was eventually told I would be refunded. A partial refund was issued, but I am STILL missing $475 that has not been returned to me.
It has now been a full week, and I am still waiting on money that was taken from my account due to what appears to be a billing error on their end.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of urgency and communication. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to try to get my own money back. No clear timeline, no proper updates, and no resolution despite multiple attempts to fix this.
A stay should not end with guests having to chase down hundreds of dollars in overcharges. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has completely changed my view of this hotel.
I strongly advise others to carefully monitor their bank statements if they stay here.

The hotel is by the freeway if you so happen get a room by the freeway.. you will feel like you’re sleeping right beside the interstate .. the windows so thin I thought they were open .. also the WiFi sucks.. Yes I ask to move my room but I did not have the “White Privilege Card”.. How I know.. they moved our white friends to a upgrade room 30 mins after we ask first…

The frontdesk lady BRITTNEY make people very unpleasant. Got disrespectful time with her. She denied that I could check out late even I already checked with another front desk lady BRITTNEY lil spoke on my face the other lady does not know what I was saying. I told her I’m speaking English. And she kept me waiting for few hours before the room was ready until I checked with her 5 times. Very unpleasant front desk staff.
