I am with my Company here for a WHOLE 5wk stay and at my return today I wanted to use a $10 comp on a couple snacks that didnt work at the self service kiosk. I stood in line behind a number of guests at the front desk. There was only one attendant dealing with multiple tasks. One of which was a guest continuously calling and literally yelling through the phn while using profanity that we all could hear. The attendant kept her composure, was 100% professional and still helped us guests. She was obviously frustrated but stayed true! The guests in line as well as myself did not mind the wait and seriously felt for her. I decided to come to the desk later in the evening to get coffee and made it a point to let her know I am a upper tear Hospitality Manager and wanted to commend her on her professionalism. Her name is Brittany, and I would stay here time and time again for her kind of attention, patience and professionalism. Thank you Staybridge for hiring and training a great asset!

Very nice hotel with issues. The hotel was the nicest Staybridge we have ever stayed at. Very nice hotel. An actual small market with all kinds of food and drink with a self check out...nice touch. However when we checked in there was a gentleman in a wheelchair who looked like he didn't belong there (to be polite) going in and out of the front lobby who had stacks of (literal) money about 6 inches high sitting in his lap and he was on his phone yelling at people. He looked like he was either a drug dealer or a pimp. It was very unsettling to say the least and the front desk seemed unphased by it. The other tick against the hotel is it's literally right next to the freeway. Our room faced it, and all night the noise level from the freeway was horrible. Apparently in Houston many people like to have fast cars and fast bikes so all you heard all night were cars and bikes racing down the freeway making the loudest noises possible.

This hotel is kept in immaculate condition. Everything from the lobby, elevators, pool, guest laundry, and rooms are very clean. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed. There is traffic noise if your room is on the highway side but the white noise app on my phone made it manageable. The breakfast buffet available has a large selection of dishes and there is a convenient, self-check out market on site (a little pricey but no more than any other hotel). There is a small laundry available free for guests which is nice for long stays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

I would recommend changing rooms if you're facing the highway, it was extremely loud at ALL hours of the night. Other than that the hotel rooms in general are very nice and spacious. There's a large selection of snacks/drinks with a self check that's accessible all hours in the lobby. The best perk is definitely the daily happy hour at the bar.

Changing a reservation made a month in advance at this hotel has been a problem. They refused to make the change without any reasonable explanation and wouldn't allow a change to an earlier date, instead demanding full payment for a four-day stay even before arriving at the hotel. This is unacceptable. This type of hotel should be investigated for its lack of customer service. I do not recommend this hotel to my colleagues or friends.
