  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I recently stayed here and paid for my stay with IHG points when I booked the room. When I got to the hotel, their computers were down. I made sure with the desk clerk that my stay is being paid for with points and was assured that it was. A week later there was a $965 charge on my account. I called the hotel and was told that the room was paid for with my credit card and not points! Also, there were charges from the bar charged to my room, when I never visited the bar. As of now the charge is still on the credit card and will remain unpaid. Worst hotel experience ever.

  I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this Holiday Inn. I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times over the past eight months and regularly booked my stays through Priceline. After being a loyal, repeat guest, I never expected to be treated this way. For my most recent stay, I paid through Priceline, and Priceline provided the hotel with a digital credit card to cover the reservation. Despite this, the hotel charged my personal credit card AGAIN for the entire stay. I spent my final night at the hotel trying to get this issue corrected. Instead of enjoying the last hours of my vacation, I wasted my time dealing with a billing problem that should never have happened—and the issue was still not resolved. I have included pictures showing my payment through Priceline and the additional charge made by the hotel. BEWARE OF BEING CHARGED TWICE! After more than 20 stays at this property, I will never stay here again. I expect the hotel to investigate what happened, correct the duplicate charge immediately, and provide a clear explanation of how a prepaid reservation resulted in my personal card being charged for the full stay. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this hotel.

  This place needs a complete room redo. The headboard in the bed is ripped, everything is shabby, windows have streaks of something on the inside, the breakfast area would not pass food inspection as the food is lukewarm to cold, the bathroom needs a good cleaning as does the entire room. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn.

  Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was disappointing overall. We booked the room online specifically because it advertised breakfast as included, which was important for our family during a busy baseball tournament weekend. When we arrived, the room itself was clean, which I do appreciate. However, the overall condition of the room was quite poor. The bedding was ripped and falling apart. I asked for a replacement, but unfortunately the second set was in even worse condition. The bathroom vanity and drawers were off track and in rough shape, and the drawers under the TV were also damaged and poorly maintained. It felt like general upkeep had been neglected. The pool was another concern. One of my son’s teammates developed a rash after swimming, and there were no towels available anywhere near the pool or at the front desk. This led to kids tracking water throughout the hotel because they had nothing to dry off with. There was also confusion regarding breakfast. At check‑in, we were told breakfast was included, consistent with what was listed on the IHG website. However, when we went to eat, we were told it was not included. After speaking with the assistant manager, who mentioned this is a common issue, we were eventually allowed to eat—but it was frustrating and inconvenient to have to address this. While the room was clean and staff was somewhat accommodating when asked, the overall condition of the property and the inconsistencies in communication made this an experience we won’t repeat. We will be back in the area again soon, but we will not be staying at this location.
