  The combination of this place is location to the NRG and the medical center make the absolutely perfect location for us also the pool was really nice and big and their room amenities such as their fridge in their lighted bed made it easier for low vision accessibility the people also were exceptionally nice

  We chose this hotel because it was close to the Baylor eye center. There was some issues with the water, but really to us, manged just fine. The place is kept really clean, and the staff are super helpful and informative. Monique did an amazing job helping us out with the reservations, each and every time! The young lady at night was also super friendly, and very informative! Super comfortable rooms, we had a cold ac, fridge worked. All in all a great experience! My boyfriend walked in here blind, and he came out seeing!! Haha so I can promise we will never forget this place! Thank you everyone for making this experience so much better!! God is good!

  This location is perfect with its own private entrance to the stadium . The staff was very friendly and helpful.Even with a fully packed hotel There is a small bar downstairs. And an outdoor swimming pool that was nice and clean Here's a tip if you want a room facing the stadium.Make sure you request one for the added view I highly recommend this place.You won't be disappointed for the price and the location Are you another point?Is it's not too far from the hospital district

  In May, I stayed at this hotel while in town for a college graduation. My rental car was damaged in their access only parking lot that I paid to park in. I immediately reported it to staff and filed a police report. I was told that the police report was the only way that they could release the footage so that the culprit who caused the damage could be identified. Of the 11-hour window (I did not leave the hotel from 6:30 am-5:30pm, so that's the narrowest window I have from the last time I saw the car undamaged), the GM Divyne Aiko only sent 59 seconds of the footage to the detective assigned to the case. He admitted that he had not watched the footage in its entirety and felt the 59 seconds he sent was "good enough". The detective advised that the other vehicle in that 59 seconds never even made contact with my rental, so what he sent was not relevant! He clearly had no intention of helping me from the beginning. Since then, I've been kept on hold for hours, hung up on, and given the runaround. I was also lied to by their Operations Support Manager, Meghan Renderos, who assured me that she would watch the entirety of the footage and make the entire footage available to the detective. She asked me to be patient while she reviewed and I did. I called back after a month only to find that she did not do any of what she promised. She also misrepresented herself to the detective and said her title is Director. I'm not sure why Divyne Aiko and his staff (minus the front desk clerks who were always helpful) have decided to treat me so disrespectfully when I'm the victim!! It's been 3 months and I was finally able to speak to Divyne today. He told me over the phone that he would make the footage available to the detective, but then sent an email saying there is no additional footage and he's done all he intends to do. Is this IHG's definition of customer service?? This experience has been unbelievably and unnecessarily difficult. I believe Divyne knows who damaged that car is is deliberately covering it up. There's no other explanation as to why he wouldn't just give the entirety of the footage to the detective so that she could objectively do her job. A word of caution to whoever may be considering a stay here...if you park a vehicle, invest in a dashcam and keep it running. If your vehicle is damaged, the general manager, Divyne Aiko, and his staff will not comply with the investigating detective. He won't even call you to simply say I'm sorry this happened to you at my hotel. Those are words I have yet to hear him say. He actually hung up on me earlier after refusing to answer my questions. Shame on you Divyne and IHG!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

  This is a nice hotel. The rooms was very nice. They don’t compliment breakfast. They only give you coffee. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t got up and found a roach in my bed. I am very disappointed in this for what we had to pay. I will not be staying there anymore.. We was down last night for medical treatment at MD Anderson
