  The front desk staff is very rude and will argue with you until they think they have got their point across Which I thought customer is always right I was never told about the incidental charge which I knew they have them but wasn’t informed until I checked my banking account The AC in the room worked poorly And then housekeeping came knocking on our door at 8am and check out wasn’t until 12noon

  The hotel itself may have been fine, but my stay was a terrible experience because the fire alarm went off back-to-back, about 15 minutes apart, around 12–1 o’clock in the morning. The first time it went off, it woke me completely out of my sleep. I checked the hallway to see if anything was going on, but there was nothing. I called the front desk, and I was told, “Nothing to worry about. If you smell anything or see a fire, get out.” That response honestly didn’t make me feel any better. If the fire alarm is going off in the middle of the night, guests should have some kind of clear explanation of what’s happening. I tried to lay back down and get some rest, but the alarm was extremely loud and bright and gave me a headache. Then, about 15 minutes later, it went off AGAIN. At that point, I couldn’t get back to sleep at all. I had a 6 AM flight and needed to be up at 4 AM, so losing that sleep really affected me, especially after already having a long day. I understand alarms can happen, but having it go off twice in the middle of the night with no clear explanation made for a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, that’s what I’m going to remember most about this hotel.

  Lady told me shuttle is coming in 15 min, after 15 minutes I went go check, she told me the dude would it out in a second, dude looked at her a certain way and all of a sudden she change the time for another 30 min saying there is an accident, just straight lying , and fact that she would have just left me standing out side without even updating me on her lies, just for me to miss my flight , poor customer service, the big girl with the glasses, I can see them just lying, I google mapped it, there was no accident
