  l had to book a last minute hotel room due to a delayed flight and missed connection. I was looking for an affordable place with a free shuttle to and from the airport. I was initially hesitant to stay based on the reviews but it went great! The shuttle went as scheduled and was smooth and effective! The hotel is as expected for a midscale hotel. Rooms were clean and location felt safe.

  We are a few Mexicans that we lost the flight and we got sent to the hotel. We were tired, angry with the situation and in my case, anxious. We were attended by Shuresa C. at reception, and we want to thank her for the help and the attention. And specially me because she was patient with me, and helped me with my cat (Mateo, she liked him!) and my headache. I always appreciate this kind of persons, specially when I had a bad experience and it's always nice to receive a friendly and kind attention. She's amazing. Greetings from Mexico and thanks for everything.

  Following a very bad experience with United Airlines we found a ray sunshine in the middle of the night. Shuresa made a horrible time easier to bear with her amazing customer service. She is the absolute best and I feel certain she is not paid anywhere near her worth. She had a lobby FULL of exhausted travelers but her smile and helpfullness never dimmed. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated - including a tiny infant. My group of 6 wished the Airlines had a Shuresa- she's amazing. And even as we were leaving out very early the next morning her smile and caring attitude was still on point. Thank you so much Shuresa for everything you do!!

  After one of the worst travel days I’ve ever experienced, with multiple flight delays, a cancellation, and being completely stranded, I walked into this Holiday Inn mentally exhausted and honestly on the verge of burning out. I wasn’t expecting much beyond a room for the night. Instead, I was met by some of the kindest hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Shuresa and Ta’Yesterday completely changed the trajectory of my evening. Their humor, quick wit, genuine compassion, and ability to make a stressful situation feel lighter were exactly what I needed. They didn’t just check me in. They made me feel like someone actually cared. By the time I got to my room, I was smiling instead of stressing. I also want to recognize their manager, Markiez, who was incredibly friendly and has clearly built a team that understands what true hospitality looks like. Great customer service starts with great leadership, and it shows. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and what I remember most isn’t always the building. It’s how people make you feel. While I didn’t come in with particularly high expectations, I would stay at this Holiday Inn again in a heartbeat because of the people who work here. Thank you, Shuresa, Ta’Yesterday, and Markiez, for turning what could have been one of my worst travel memories into one that reminded me how much kindness still matters.

  Me hospedé en el hotel por una noche con mi familia, previo a mi embarque de crucero. El hotel muy bueno y limpio. El servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto es una ventaja. Sin embargo, al llegar junto con otro grupo, la empleada preguntó de cuál crucero éramos. Así que le respondimos de MSC Cruises. No pregunté nada en ese momento ya que la empleada que por desgracia no le tomé el Nombre (pelo largo negro de espejuelos) no fue atenta. A todos, nos pidió los pasaportes y nos pidió que nos sentáramos. Luego no encontraba uno de los pasaportes de mi familia porque los había mezclado. Esto representa que su trabajo no estuvo basado en el servicio al cliente sino en salir del paso. No nos brindó los voucher de desayuno, solo nos dijo, el Desayuno es a las 6:00 am porque los recogen a las 6:30 am. Me quedé con duda asi que le pregunté si era parte del servicio el transportarnos al puerto. Obviamente hubo una pésima comunicación ya que en lugar de la empleada atendernos como se debe al ver que llegamos 9 Personas a las vez de manera automática ASUMIÓ que todos éramos empleados. Incluso estaba con mi hija de 16 años. Ella simplemente solicitó todos los pasaportes para agilizar su trabajo. Hago esta observación porque si ella hubiese hecho su trabajo de atendernos como se debe no hubiésemos madrugado ni tomado el bus que bochornosamente luego nos solicitaron que nos bajáramos. Así que súper madrugáramos y pasamos la vergüenza a raíz de una empleada que no supo hacer su trabajo. Es una pena porque de lo contrario les daría no 5 estrellas. 10 porque el lugar lo merece. Al hotel que orienten a sus empleados a no asumir para “agilizar”. Ya que ella no se como, encontró solo el nombre de mi esposo en la lista.
