  It took me this long to give this review because I was very devasteted when it happened. My check in was on 5/2025(Friday) for two rooms. We were there for three days. On the next day Saturday,we went out that morning for a Church conference and we came back around 3pm. I stopped by at the help desk to talk to the front desk manager. I believed his name was Matthew Selby. I reported to him that I was charged a deposit which I was told there was no deposit when I ordered online . He told me there is a depost. I asked him then why was I lied to online that there was no deposit. He told me he didn't know . I then went to my room and rested until about 5pm. I got up got ready for another session of the conference. I and my Church member whom we rode together then went to where we park our car but our car was no where to be found. We reported it to the manager, I believed his name was Matthew Selby, he immediately told us , you came for a Church conference that we should forgive the person who stole the car because God forgive all sins. I believe this manager, Matthew Selby arranged with people to steal our car. It looks like he has done these to several customers especially irate customers.

  I had a long day after a falsely advertised Airbnb that changed my plans. Luckily, I found availability here! Needless to say Lurayne was extremely kind, helpful and courteous during my check-in process and throughout my stay. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting

  I wish I could share a review. But, the hotel cancelled our reservation and did enjoy notify us or Expedia (through whom we booked). I luckily called them a couple days ahead and found out that our reservation was cancelled. Their reasoning was that our card bounced. Ok. My brother was traveling at the same time who had made a separate reservation. The same with them as well. I highly doubt that two separate reservations were cancelled without notifications for credit card issues. At that point, the issue is with the hotel's staff or process. When we called to rectify the issue, they talked to us the first time, passed us off to a voicemail box. We called again, the same lady picked up but pretended to be somebody else and despite us asking to speak with the manager, pushed us to voicemail box, and then stopped picking up calls from our numbers. Done with IHG and Holiday Inn at this point. I will stick to my 15 years of Bonvoy membership. The location and the rooms may be good, but this hotel's front desk staff and service get 0 from me (negative if possible).

  ★☆☆☆☆ The location was convenient, but I was very disappointed with how this was handled. After I checked out, an additional $25 accommodation charge was added to my bill without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted corporate customer service, they claimed I had agreed to the charge during checkout, which is simply not true. I asked the property to explain the charge and never received a response.Charging guests after checkout and then claiming they agreed to it is unacceptable. I expected better transparency and customer service.
