  Well, I didn’t make it to the room, Crystal has the worst customer service, ive stayed in IHG in just about every corner of this country and have never been treated like I had been with her. I had arrived at 945 pm, I had lost my wallet so I used my wife’s card to make a reservation on the app. She said she needed a physical card, and I tried to explain to her my situation and she kept cutting me off with a very rude snappy attitude and then kicked me flat out of the front office, frankly losing my wallet 600 miles from my home is embarrassing enough as it is, her actions made it that much worse. Pretty crazy someone to act like that towards someone who is an extremely loyal member over a 50 dollar incidental fee is crazy. They could have charged the card that was on file…all of this was completely avoidable and I definitely filed a report on the actions of this staff

  They need to add coffee makers to their rooms. They do offer free coffee in their lobby area 24/7 though. Overall hotel is very clean, very comfortable bedding and pillows. Staff here are friendly & helpful to guests. Hotel area appears to be safe.

  Everything was clean and comfy. Great shower with shelves for all you stuff. Would definitely recommend.

  Horrible experience, checked in an hour after check in time, get to room with unmade beds and dirty towels still in there, was told we needed to leave for an hour and also remove all our bags we just unloaded. Was told we would not be charged for that night and it was on the bill at checkout worker said she knew nothing about it and could do nothing have to call GM. Next night was having a few beers in lobby with other parents of our baseball team when night work made around at 10 pm saying “shut down,” in a very rude manner. Assuming she meant pool we stayed put (being extremely respectful to other guests making sure we were not too loud, you could hear lobby music over our conversations). Only to see cops show up around 10:20 and find out they were there bc we didn’t leave the lobby and was forced to gather our things and leave or be charged with criminal trespassing.

  Everything from the front desk to the halls to the elevator to the room were very clean. Breakfast was good; I'm always happy to get biscuits & gravy with bacon, and of course coffee to start my day. The potatoes could maybe have been cooked a little more. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The parking lot was well maintained, and there was plenty of space to park during my stay. Some Holiday Inns provide a happy hour or fresh baked cookies; they didn't offer either but I'm not lowering the score for that. The air conditioning & internet worked fine in my room. I didn't bring my swim trunks so didn't get to try out the pool.
