Nice room but very disappointed that the end tables did not have USB or AC outlets. I had to pull out the end table and use the outlet on the wall

I booked through hotels.com far in advance and paid for my room far in advance. During check in they told me my room wasn't available. Then they offered to put me in a smaller room not large enough to accommodate my family. Of course I explained this to them as well and they treated me like I was the problem. They also suggested I cancel my my reservation if I didn't like those options. Eventually they put me in the room I booked And paid for. Upon entering my room I noticed that the picturea online were way better then my room. The floors were sticky, mold in the bathroom and hand me down furniture. Stain in the curtains, carpet and so much more. I wouldn't pay more then $60 an night if I were you. The breakfast was 2 stars, the pool was closed in August with 100 degree weather and had green water. Definitely not like the pictures. The parking spaces were tight. Everything in that hotel need a complete make over. They also have roaches. I found a German cockroach in my bathroom at 8:00 pm.

La tarjeta que abre la puerta deja de funcionar todos los días y en la recepción no tienen una campana para llamar a que te atiendan y resuelvan el problema, son las 9:00 y la recepción no dejó un cartel de no disponibilidad, no puedo entrar al cuarto y además mandaron a un niño a atenderme a decir que espere, estuve esperando 15min. Llego cansado del trabajo y recibo esta pecima atención.

The rooms were decent and comfortable. Breakfast was great! A huge shoutout to Blanca, who is super friendly and always makes sure the food is warm and well-stocked if anything runs low. She is doing a fantastic job!
