  Clean & comfortable, but our room had need of some basic improvements...rusted & corroded fixture over the bathroom sink, no blackout shades or drapes. Nice Hot shower & hot breakfast👍👍

  This stay was brought to me by United Airlines/maintenance issues. It was comfortable and mostly quiet, with the exception of loud vehicles on the busy street. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, as was the shuttle driver. I appreciated the ATM on site. 6:30 was too early for me to eat breakfast, but the offerings looked good. I liked the proximity to area restaurants. I had an accessible suite; the floor plan was very open. Everything appeared clean. Maybe it was just me, but pressing the on button on either tv came up with no signal. I looked forward to a nice bath after a long day of travel, but the stopper would not stay down all the way.

  First sign that it might not be a great area is there is a fence around the hotel. FYI the gate stayed open all night. All of the amenities are located in a separate building. All amenities. I would like to mention that the pool was disgusting unkept. A lot of debris and bugs. Hot tub was not hot at all. It was same temperature as the pool. Disappointed bc the hot tub was the main thing I enjoy when going to hotels. On the bright side there are 5 chicken fast food places within 500ft of hotel.

  Was on a business trip and the hotel is located about half a mile from where my training was at. Has restaurants right across from the street and the complimentary breakfast is ok. All in all nice play to stay at.

  Customer service at the front desk and over the phone was top-notch! The room was great, and I enjoyed the chocolate cookies in the evening, along with their great breakfast! They did miss my wake-up call, but it happens. We will be back! The location was perfect too!
