  Cannot get ahold of them as their line is not working and they do not respond by email. I left my aipods and sent them a shipping label and they have not responded. I connected with the property manager a week ago and they mentioned they had my item and out a label with my name with the front desk to mail back. Please provide with a number to call back that works .

  By far, the worst customer service I ever receive from a hotel staff. Front desk girl is useless. Drivers from shuttle airport service are definitely something else. First one (airport to hotel) wanted to charge me 10 bucks for no reason. Second one (hotel to airport) drives like a freakin animal. 80mph in a van full of people for no reason. Really, think twice before staying there.

  The pool was dark green and disgusting, the air conditioning in the room did not work. They did offer to put me in another room at 2:30 in the morning but I had to be up at 7:00 and as a female traveling alone it just felt uncomfortable. They refused to refund my money and they gave me $2,000 IHG points at doesn't even pay for you to put your foot inside of a hotel. It's off of 45 so it's good if you're on the go especially to the airport but it's really needs a lot of work. The girls at the front desk seemed professional enough. I don't encourage you to stay here

  Apparently this hotel is under renovation and as soon as I came in it had a smell. I was glad at least the rooms didn’t smell. The pool is green.!!My kids were disappointed. The tv out of nowhere said no signal and didn’t work so never coming to this hotel ever again !!.. I might have seen small roach 🪳. I hate bugs 😬. Also you would think it was okay to take off your shoes because you are in your Room no!!! Don’t do it!!!!!!it feels so dirty. My feet 🦶 were so dirty after walking in this room.
