  I booked and fully paid for my stay two days before arrival under the name **Abidov Adiz**. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff told me that my payment had not gone through and refused to check me in. I showed them my booking confirmation, payment receipt, and proof that the reservation had already been paid, but they still insisted that I had to pay again. After a long and stressful discussion, I had no choice but to pay a second time with my credit card just to get a room. Fortunately, the booking service later refunded my original payment, but this situation should never have happened. The hotel should have verified the payment properly instead of making a guest pay twice. This experience caused unnecessary stress after a long trip and left a very negative impression. I expected much better service from a Holiday Inn hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

  Best thing about this place was the service - Mahogany specifically made the stay great. She was kind and helpful. I get the sense she's not just a good employee, she's just a good person all around. Thanks!

  Es exagerado el cobro de 100 dolares de deposito que tienes que dejar, al momento de reservar no se informa de ese costo y despues si no sale el reembolso tienes que pelearlo en el banco. El desayuno esta horrible, no tienen practicamente nada y la atencion es deficiente. Lo pensaria mucho antes de volver

  Mr Gregory at the front desk was very helpful to me and my family while we stay there.The hotel was very clean and and they served us a nice breakfast the next morning

  There is a young lady that works mornings and makes the breakfast she is very slow and the food was never out on time!!!!!!! I thought breakfast was supposed to be out by 6:30am! Some guy told me not to rush her,but half the food wasnt even done on time for ppl that have work like me! Roaches was found in my room The rooms are over priced for the service No access to pool! Was told they had washer and dryer and they didnt Been here 1 week and very happy my checkout is approaching! Dont think I will be returning at all
