  Our room smelled strongly of mildew. We sort of shrugged it off as we had places to be but getting into bed, the sheets were literally damp. We both woke up with swollen sinuses and were sneezing all night and morning. The room might have been clean (and honestly, the breakfast was pretty great) but this place feels like a health hazard.

  The room was very clean, and remodeled. The carpet on the whole floor was new. Parking was free, love that. The coffee at 4am was very good. People were nice. It was Friday night so the traffic on the highway was fairly loud. Facing the back would have been quieter. Having the fan on helped muffle the noise. Pillows were very soft, not those hard ones that I usually get.

  Very well maintained facility, with a decent breakfast, free coffee, and free parking. Everything (ice machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.). Not much in walking distance nearby, but otherwise everything was fine.

  Very Disappointing Stay — But Great Service From Jamarcus I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Room & Cleanliness My room, especially room 516, had cockroaches in the bathroom, and the overall cleaning was not the best. What Happened With My AirPods Almost everyone on the staff was nice and friendly, but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience because I believe someone from the cleaning crew may have tried to take my AirPods. I went out with my family and we left the hotel around 12:30–1:30 PM. Around that time, the cleaning staff started cleaning my room. I had left my AirPods inside my open suitcase, where they were clearly visible. When I returned to the hotel, I noticed that my AirPods were missing. I immediately used the Find My app, and their location showed that they were still somewhere inside the hotel. I went to the front desk during the night shift and spoke with a female front desk employee. When I told her about my missing AirPods, she acted a little suspicious and told me that she did not have them. The Find My app was showing the AirPods around the front desk area, but I still believed her and did not want to accuse anyone of stealing them without proof. The next morning, when I went downstairs for breakfast, I told Jamarcus (I believe that was his name), who was working the day shift at the front desk, about what had happened. He was extremely kind and helpful and actually took the time to help me look for them. Somehow, the AirPods appeared overnight in the lobby, tucked into the corner of a sofa. I am not saying that the female front desk employee stole my AirPods. I simply find the situation suspicious because the AirPods were showing as being near the front desk the night before, and then they suddenly appeared in the lobby the next morning. Credit Where It’s Due Despite this bad experience, I really want to highlight Jamarcus from the front desk, who was working the day shift. He was very kind, helpful, professional, and had a great attitude. He genuinely took the time to help me find my AirPods, and I really appreciated his willingness to help. The hotel itself was a very disappointing experience, but Jamarcus provided excellent customer service and deserves recognition for it.
