  Our room smelled like urine really bad! Our vehicle got broken into! The security guard didn't seem helpful when we parked our vehicle at night, he had more like a smirk when we talked to him about keeping an eye on the vehicles. Horrible! The entrance was only open on one side, so I guess no one really secures the place, esp at night. Watch out folks if you stay there!

  The worse service I’ve received so far I thought it was at the HIE, Barcelona, Spain. Boy! A was wrong. I was expelled an unfairly treated, That property is not listed here, but my integrity, my physical space violated and threatened with police enforcement. I believe the type of people they deal with might be those where they say police the customer supposed to run as quick as they can. As a veteran and American I am a citizen respectful of the law and order. Then arrived to this property Memorial City Centre, with the surprise after charging with my points and also cash. Points that I was saving to my trip to the Philippines where I have a Support and Oursourcing center. The toilet wasn’t cleaned there was urine in the toilet with paper, the sheets had blood type stains on it, trash can had trash in it, the one by the desk, it was already 4 am I needed some sleep and when I requested new sheets I saiid I’ll step out for her to fix the bed to what she said, I don’t do that. Not able to relax, my points gone, plus more charges and fees. Not upfront pricing.

  We found this hotel during the #GreatFreeze in Houston. Ali the manager was very nice and explained the situation. He made us feel right at home. This hotel does have power and water service for the time being. I highly recommend this hotel. If your in the area stay here. Its close to everything and the staff is exceptional! Ali was very helpful thanks once again! 10 star rating!
