  Outstanding Stay! Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memorial City Center exceeded expectations! The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming.   I almost always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when traveling, but this one is top of my list. The staff was incredible, kind, helpful, funny. The room was clean and well set up. Beds were great. It was really quiet when I was there. Rooms appear to be fairly well insulated, not a ton of noise aside from the road, neighboring parking lot. Definitely will stay again next time I’m in Houston.

  Rooms were clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff from the front desk, kitchen to cleaning crew, all friendly. Location to area restaurants was great. I stay here again!

  Super Great Hotel. Clean and Friendly. The only non friendly employee was the Friday Night front desk worker....did not seem to like her job or helping guests....or maybe she just did not like me. Bfast was very nice....although they shoukd try bacon once in a while...stayed 3 nights.
