  Reservamos tres habitaciones dobles de dos camas cada una. El bus de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel es pésimo, pese a llamarles por teléfono estuvimos una hora esperando. Al llegar al hotel nos dicen que sólo tienen habitaciones con cama doble. El personal que había a nuestra llegada sólo habla inglés y no se esfuerza en solucionar el problema, nos dicen que si queremos habitaciones con dos camas que vayamos al hotel de al lado. Sólo cuando llega José intenta ofrecernos una solución y nos ofrece una habitación más. El check-in más largo de mi vida, más de una hora. Tienen mucho que mejorar, no volveremos.

  We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. There seem to be a shortage on workers, so breakfast ran out quickly and took a long time for more to come out. The elevators ran extremely slow at times. Their computer system seems to be out of date, or maybe their internet connection was poor... Idk... because it took forever to check in and out. Other than issues that seemed to be out of anyone's hands, it was a very nice stay.
