  The stay was great! The staff were extremely helpful from the very beginning. The location was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. I wouldnt hesitate to come back if I were in the area again!

  Disappointing experience for a property with so much potential. Dining condiments are measured sparingly and guests are asked to provide their room number. Must be to guard against breakfast bandits. Sad. Owner is "stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime. " Instead, they should address basic room fixtures that need attention in the room. Bedding not clean. Disgusting.

  I had a pleasant stay overall. I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping, breakfast, and all the other hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and hard work. They were always friendly, helpful, and made my stay comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk (Taima) was not as welcoming, and I hope she can improve her friendliness and customer service in the future. Asked her for a bottle of water because i cannot drink cold water in the morning and she was so mean toward my request. And started talking alot when I left the front desk Hope she will get a course about how to deal with a clients .

  Best & ONLY good part about staying at this hotel was the breakfast ladies working in the morning for complementary breakfast. Ladies were friendly & attentive to whatever we need as well as ensuring that the food stations were clean & full! NOW - regarding the service received from the Front Desk was absolutely HORRENDOUS! Lauren the lady who checked us in was extremely rude & unprofessional. Messed up multiple times on my rate / deposit amounts - talked down to us - when I asked where the ice machine was, she answered as if I was an inconvenience for even asking her & when I informed her about there being a health hazard at the pool due to someone throwing up, she said she couldn't leave the front desk for less than 5 minutes to go clean it up or do anything about it. EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD! But instead gave me a plastic garbage bag so I could proceed to cover it - not to mention it was around 9:30-10 PM at night & no one in the lobby. Will NEVER stay here again but should seriously consider getting a new front desk associate!

  Noisy AC and slammy doors from morning staff, but all in all a good visit.
