  My second time back at this hotel and I will return again next time I'm in Houston. Clean, modern rooms, a great gym and pool and free laundry! Some nice restaurants within walking distance. It's ideal for doing business in the area. However, it would be a totally different experience if not able to get a room on the quiet side away from the busy road so if noise matters to you, be sure to ask for the quiet side.

  Very good an professional service, even having issues with a third party hotel registration, the front desk representative was able to manage it professionally and in a timely manner. Shout out to Misty for a good job.

  Check-in was wonderful! The location was ideal for us. The room was great except the air conditioner made a weird noise all night. The social hour was very disappointing. We got there about 35 minutes after it started. The bartender was not friendly and there were about five broccoli pieces left with a ton of cheese and what appeared to be leftover kolaches with the meat removed. The snacks were never refilled and there were only about 10 people in the bar area. It's OK to not have a social hour, but if you're going to have one, it should be consistent from start to finish.

  The front desk performance was awful: being a diamond elite; not doing anything about the broken phone in the room; not offering me free breakfast and the the worse was my request for iron and iron board: started at 9:30 PM with me coming 4 times to the front desk and getting it finally around 1 AM. At the end of the stay, talked with the desk manager that didn't handle it right. Instead of apologizing and tell me that they will improve, she focused on why I didn't tell her. (When exactly? When she wasn't there during the various "events").

  Room was very loud, housekeeping NEVER came, Toilet ran constantly, my husband would have to fix it. Down in breakfast area floors were not swept or mopped for at least 2 days where we sat the same trash and stickiness in the same spot. Parking shouldn't be extra when paying to stay there. The girl tried to make us take our food we brought in outside to eat, didn't comply because we had 2 children with us that were already eating and I was not about to make them go outside to eat, way too hot. Worst Hilton we've ever stayed in and will not ever stay again! Ashley did offer to move us rooms but by this time we had too much to move.
