  It could actually be a nice establishment, rooms set up nice, modern layout is appeasing but the bldg HAS A ROACH INFESTATION‼️ cancels out all the positives for me.

  Reserved two double queen rooms, check in time at 3pm, and we arrived around 3:30pm, they ask for my id then my card to deposit then they said " you guys came late, we dont have a room for double queen only for king bed" (i'm never got experience that we have to check in on time like that, we just like 30-40mins away from checkin time, you guys think 4 adults can sleep on 1 king bed? Why we reserved but still dont have a room?) I told them that "I was reserved for half month ago", they said "you can get money back then book another one", I said "we already reserved, this is good location for us we already have plan in here", then they just said sorry, then after my family talk together we decided to get king bed room and they said "we dont have a room, another one already reserved", I said "earlier you just said you got a king bed room, you guy like got 10 rooms then 15 ppl reser room then you guys still accept it?", they just said "sorry this is holiday time", I just said "that's the reason why we reserved the room to make sure we have a room" then I just leave. Bad experience ever, never come back

  Very disappointing experience. We reserved two rooms, but when we arrived, the hotel said they had given our rooms to someone else because we arrived late. A reservation should be honored unless it is canceled. Poor customer service and terrible management. I will never stay here again.

  Honestly the most terrifying experience at a hotel. We had a reservation with IHG and they confirmed we did. We arrived at midnight and were kicked out of lobby right away because they couldn’t find our reservation. IHG tried to call them and could not reach them as their phone was not working. I gave him the phone and he refused to cooperate with the IHG representative to call to confirm our reservation. While we tried to sort it out they called police on another customer and his young daughter. We had a toddler and I was pregnant so we were very uncomfortable with the verbal insult to us and others. Not once we said anything negative about them and I tried to reason to make him cancel. He then refused to give a no charge letter per IHG’s request. The front desk proceeded to threaten to kick us out. I was told more than once that I was staying too close to the front door and I made the automatics door open too much, while I was chasing a toddler. The whole time we were there, there’s no manager on site and the manager name was blank. Thank you IHG for making everything right at the end with another hotel. Please be cautious about this place, especially if you are traveling with children.
