    Honestly the most terrifying experience at a hotel. We had a reservation with IHG and they confirmed we did. We arrived at midnight and were kicked out of lobby right away because they couldn’t find our reservation. IHG tried to call them and could not reach them as their phone was not working. I gave him the phone and he refused to cooperate with the IHG representative to call to confirm our reservation. While we tried to sort it out they called police on another customer and his young daughter. We had a toddler and I was pregnant so we were very uncomfortable with the verbal insult to us and others. Not once we said anything negative about them and I tried to reason to make him cancel. He then refused to give a no charge letter per IHG’s request. The front desk proceeded to threaten to kick us out. I was told more than once that I was staying too close to the front door and I made the automatics door open too much, while I was chasing a toddler. The whole time we were there, there’s no manager on site and the manager name was blank. Thank you IHG for making everything right at the end with another hotel. Please be cautious about this place, especially if you are traveling with children.

    The hotel service was horrible. We got there and went to check in, the front desk guy was on his personal phone with his family on speaker asking them what they wanted to eat. I stood there for about 8 mins he didn’t acknowledge me at all he continued his conversation and then hung up and asked me what I wanted. I checked in and he didn’t give me any of the accommodations I asked for. I asked to be on the first floor away from elevator, he put me on the third floor right next to the elevator. The tv in the room didn’t work at all, there was blood or ketchup on the curtains. Horrible service and experience.
