    I stayed at this hotel in Houston on June 18, 2026. The room was prepaid, but when I requested a room change to a double bed, they placed a second deposit on my card. I did not pay anything extra for the room change, yet they still charged two separate deposits. I specifically asked the front desk about it because I had experienced this at another hotel before and didn’t want the same issue to happen again. I was assured both deposits would be reversed at the same time. After checking my bank account, I discovered that while one deposit was reversed, the second deposit was actually charged to my account. I’ve been trying to call the hotel to get this resolved, but no one answers the phone, leaving me with no way to speak to anyone about my refund. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. A situation I specifically tried to prevent ended up happening anyway, and now I can’t get anyone to help resolve it. I hope management sees this review, contacts me, and refunds the deposit that was improperly charged.

    I had a very bad experience with the staff I was charged to deposits still haven’t received. Neither one of my hundred dollar deposit on top of being charged to deposit it help me from getting to work because I didn’t have enough money for gas and food. it really was an inconvenience. I have videos I plan on posting.
