Really nice hotel! Rooms are luxurious and larger than normal. Good storage in the room which is not always the case even in nicer hotels. 5+ stars for the fitness center! Only downside was lots of street noise heard in our room and we were on the 9th floor!

My husband and I have stayed in many 5 star and diamond level hotels across the world, and this was by far the worst experience. We stayed on the residential side in room 2212 from May 15-18th, 2026. This was a suite, so it was over $2000/ night. We spent well over $6k, including food and drinks. We eloped a week prior to this and decided to have a reception dinner for our family on May 17th nearby at The Grove. Before our dinner, we decided to have our photographer take pictures of me and my husband on the stairs and in the lobby of the Four Seasons. After we took a few pictures, we were very rudely approached by a manager who told us that we couldn't take pictures. I told him I've seen many pictures online of people taking pictures in this lobby. Also, keep in mind that this was on a Sunday and very few people were in the lobby. I also told him that I would've never booked a room here, if I would've known that. There are other nice hotels close by that would've been suitable. When I told him this, he said, "Okay. I will give you a few minutes to take pictures." Less than two minutes later, another man came by to tell us to stop taking pictures in the lobby. We told him that we were just told we can take pictures. This put me in such a bad mood. Since I was a guest, I should've been able to take pictures. I also was not impeding on anyone's privacy as the lobby was fairly empty. I did not want to leave a google review. I expected an email asking about my stay. That is where I planned to air my grievance, but I never received one. When I was planning my wedding and reception dinner, I strongly considered having it here. I am so glad I did not.

I have been staying at this hotel for 25 years and will never stay anywhere else in Houston. Four seasons stands out even beyond other four seasons hotels properties I’ve stayed at. The staff is friendly, knows your name , accommodate any preference and makes your stay beyond enjoyable. Interiors are renovated, fresh, clean, impeccable.. excellent restaurant and bar . Cream of the crop hotel

I stayed for one night at Four Seasons Houston which costed around $890 including valet, room rate, and fees. This was very disappointing, especially for a Four Seasons property. The staff are very professional and welcoming for a downtown hotel and the lobby spaces and dining were great. Unfortunately, the room was not. The room was dirty and clean and for a 5-star hotel charging 5-star prices this was not acceptable. At first there were minor cleanliness issues like the toilet not scrubbed properly and some brownness in the shower, but as I inspected it closer there was hair from previous guests, dirty stains on the sheets, and lots of dust. We also didn’t receive turndown service which Four Seasons usually provides. This issues are serious and need to be addressed, especially if hotels are charging almost $1000 per night to stay. I hope this hotel can improve as it could be a nice, renovated establishment.
